Kings Cross Inn Hotel  

Great location for St Pancras International rail station.

Room was a bit small as a double room.

Room was modern and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money.

Could hear dull sound of the underground but we were on the lower ground floor

Had shower following morning and shower flooded bathroom and part of bedroom because drain in floor was not able to take flow of water - I better not get charged for this

Room very small. Some fittings absent. Lack of shelf in bathroom. Reception staff OK but need to be more businesslike. Was initially overcharged but it was sorted out.

Rooms a bit small but the price compensates

The staff were friendly and even charged our cell phone and ipad overnight ( cords were in a bag that was lost in transit). Great location for Train station to Europe

The staff were the most helpful of our uk holiday. The area is inner city and a little tough but the staff, Peter were more than kind and could make decent suggestions for all our inquiries.

The locality for the hotel was inner city tough, therefore not relaxing for shy teenagers

Very easy check-in. Easy 24hr entry. Air conditioning. very clean on-suite. room smelt clean. very comfy beds.

The location is great

There's no elevator, only stairs. It's really inconvenient for people who have luggage. Also, the charge of wifi is quite expensive, £2 per hour.

Location. Breakfast was OK and even at the later time there was a choice of all items.

Staff tried to squeeze money out of everything we asked for; e.g. storage of bags after check out. Asked for ground or first floor room on quiet side of hotel and was not given this, but did not mention this at check-in since all questions seemed to be met with an answer that did not end with resolution. Stairs to 3rd floor were steep and tiring; no elevator. Outlets in room did not function.
