Spacious rooms and very helpful staff

There's no lift

Welcome, clean room, position.

Room a bit small, breakfast basic.

Easy to find and underground station next to hotel.

Rooms were very noisy, because of traffic and some street work beside the hotel. Staff were quite unpolite, they did not even look us, when we came back to hotel at the evening.

The Location

Size of Double Room was ridiculous ... no room to swing a cat ... bed up against the wall etc ... and the room service re tidying/ fresh towels etc were ridiculous

Excellent hotel, proximity to St Pancras station couldn't be better. Very clean, lovely room, friendly staff.

We came into London by Eurostar to see a show and then we had to get to Heathrow the next morning. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.

The location opposite Kings Cross and St Pancras is excellent . The rooms are small but well equipped and have new bathrooms The staff are very helpful an friendly . The price is very competitive ( for London ) .

Overhead shower 'rose' needs frequent servicing otherwise it sprays out water in all directions

No lift we were on the third floor(lots and lots of stairs).Rooms small

We stayed ground floor and window is broken. I think it is a little dangerous.

Staff, hidden charges, nickel and diming, maintenance (windows didn't work, shower leaked, sink wasn't draining), extra charge for storing your bags for 5 hours, "free internet" was at the bar with $12.00 drinks.

Location

No chairs in room. Very sparse and very small room. Never had poorer choice in breakfast

We enjoyed the pleasant and friendly staff , so eager to help , food really good , grate location

Convenience for St Pancras and Kings Cross station.

Too basic for a London holiday

Location is great and the rooms are modern and clean.

Charging for luggage store was unexpected and poor service given we'd paid for our stay. This shouldn't incur an additional charge!

Location proximity to Pancras Station. Friendly staff. Clean and inviting

Stairs to room were a little hard to negotiate

The location. We were leaving from St Pancras the following morning.

The room was stuffy. The open windows did not seem very secure.

Chose this hotel mainly for the location, as we were traveling on Eurostar next morning.

Hope other visitors have a better view from room than we did, I know we only stayed one night, but for £125 we would have liked a bit better. Rather than a brick wall & fire escape.

The location

- It is super small - no shower cap, very limited shower gel (smells awful) - double charged us for the hotel fee - the worker is not friendly (like robot) - did not clean up the room properly - have to pay to use the wifi - no breakfast but expensive room rates.

location to the metro and the buses is excellent it was clean and the staff were good

stairs are a pain and for older people or people with knee/hip/back problems . there is no lift

The staff were very helpful and polite, the location to all places my friends and I wanted to visit was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and the shower was great.

Breakfast wasn't included.

Very nice room at the back of the hotel which was extremely quiet. Room had been recently re furbushed to a good standard

Surprise 4% surcharge for paying with credit card once we had arrived. Poor selection for breakfast, Toast or cereal, thats it! Photograph to advertise hotel is actually the hotel across the street. Not the one you will be staying in.

Location was great. Ideal for an overnight stay.Very clean.

Got twins rather than double booked but may have been better option if alternative was only a normal double bed. Quite small beds.
