Your hotel was clean and the servic
Your cab service
We stayed over night as we were travelling early next morning from Kings Cross station. Very convenient indeed to station with walking tunnel right opposite. Very comfortable and quiet location. We would certainly stay again.
Nothing to report here - everything was very pleasing indeed.
It's in the heart of king cross as soon as you out every thing is out there u need. I will be going king cross very often. I will be booking the same hotel again defo !!
if you're looking for a reasonable hotel near Kings Cross
Nice and clean bedroom
You need to pay to have wifi connection
Within a very short walking distance to both Kings Cross and Eurostar departure
Too many stairs to reach Restaurant - there is a lift to be fair to all floors
Very convenient for onward travel to central London and beyond Friendly and helpful staff
Room was too hot at night, had to open window to get cool fresh air I was on the fourth floor and the lift only started at floor one and finished on the third floor. This was manageable, I only had one light bag
Easy location for the Eurostar
Slow check in
No free wi fi Breakfast Bed Cost
You have to pay for everything. The carpet is old and dirty. I didn't have hot water one night on the shower.
Hotel is ideally situated for St Pancras International. Staff on front desk extremely helpful and friendly. Cosy room welcome on a December night. Good shower-room, loads of hot water.
As I was on the ground floor I could hear underground trains running late (but this did not keep me awake).Quite noisy generally as other guests come and go.
This was fab value for money, location was spot on, rooms basic but clean and modern. Staff friendly.
The only negative was the milk for the cereal was warm! Aside from this cannot fault it and will definitely return again.
Staff friendly at reception Good value for money (you get what you pay for)
Loud as hell (literally I felt I was near a construction site all night long!) Squeaky floors (I could hear every step from the person above my room) Very very tiny rooms Smelled funny If you are travelling for business and you need your rest, then pay more and stay in a decent place Break starts at 7:30am! (I am a business traveller, most of the time I'm out the door at 6:30am)
Nothing. It is not a 3 * hotel at all, and would be best described as a rabbit warren of a place with small rooms tacked together.
The whole place. It is a not a place to stay and I didn't - simply left to find another hotel.
Hotel location is handy if your travelling by train
Had a early train to catch so my family needed a early night but our room was beside a building site that worked until 8pm on a Sunday! Phoned reception endless times and got no help what's so ever! The shower flooded the bathroom so I used the towels to mop it up and had non left to get dried!! Breakfast was the worst Iv seen a choice of 2 cereals or toast and cheese slices! All in all poor hotel which is no where near finished! Next trip to London I'll be staying away
The location is good - directly opposite Kings Cross.
The room was bizarre. I walked in to be faced by a quasi-dormitory set up - four single beds in a row (like an old hospital ward). In a corner there was a double sofa bed pulled out and made up. The room was an ice box - despite having the heating full on, it only warmed up at 5.00 am and I had to sleep in a nighty, jumper, scarf, socks and hand-warmers. The sink did not drain and the shower tray was so shallow it flooded the Arctic bathroom! The worst place I have ever stayed in.
Easy access to Kings Cross & St Pancras. Lovely bathroom facilities. Clean towels every day.
Left jumper. Rang 3 times suggesting I to send money to cover postage. Was supposed to ring me back after talk with manager, but still waiting.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location: right in front of King's Cross/St. Pancras station. It's been recently refurbished, the rooms are small, but there is reasonable space to move around.
The cleaning does not even reach the minimum standard. During my stay (one week), the toilet has not been cleaned once. They just changed the towels and didn't even bother to make the beds or clean the floor. One time i found my towel stained and torn in the middle. Also, there wasn't enough soap or shampoo in the bathroom. They did not replace it when we run out of the first three or four packets. I was told there was a lift (my room was on third floor) but it wasn't working and stayed out of service for all the time I spent there. I understand this is a cheap hotel and I wasn't expecting anything special, but they are far below the three stars rating.
The location was really good. The room and bathroom were very clean
Lacking facilities, no lounge or bar areas. Wi-fi was chargeable which is not really on these days. Noisy at night, we were next to the lift and stairs.
The bedding was not clean.
Excellent location, right next to the tube station was perfect for us. And near newsagents and restaurants. Friendly staff, and we got allocated a delightful room! It was very big, lots of space, and really loved having a mini fridge. The bathroom was wonderful with a huge shower. Couldn't of asked for a better room- especially for the value! Great value for money.. Worth every penny! Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment.
We got awoken at 8am by a fire alarm that lasted about 4 seconds. We felt cautious and worried that there was a fire but it was so short that we thought it must have been an accident! It was quite inconvenient though as we weren't informed, we found it difficult to get back to sleep cause we worried we'd get caught in a fire. Also a maid entered our room at about 8:30 while we were asleep, didn't even knock just opened it came in and then left! I felt so paranoid and anxious after that because I didn't feel very safe, i felt like anyone could just walk in! There weren't even 'do not disturb' signs that we could put on the door. There was a lock but it did not work. That sort of ruined my morning a bit for me. And also there wasnt a lift to the floor we were on, which isn't a big deal but we had to carry our luggage up a couple of stairs. We were told we had to pay for wifi, which I found completely silly... As I have never had to stay in a hotel in London that doesn't supply free wifi. But overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would go again!
Staff were unprofessional, bogus explanation for MasterCard not working in their machine, room had strong chemical/gas smell - staff refused to acknowledge the problem.
Easy access to King's Cross stn.
Road works outside !
the location by the tube
There were road construction on the road underneath and as a result the room was very noisy from early in the morning
Shower head in room 210 needs repair/replacement.
