Kind and helpful staff.

There was no light in the bathroom. Not very clean.

clean room, quiet.

Close to bus routes to Stratford stations. Close to Westfields Stratford City and Olympic Park. Free tea and coffee in reception. Free internet access in reception.

Very steep stairs to apartment, limited handrail. Decent curtains and a lampshade would be an improvement on the ill fitting blind and bare lamp bulb.

Convenient for 02, easy to walk to Stratford for tube to the 02 Bed was quite comfy Bathroom was pretty clean

For an apartment very few utensils in the kitchen, no wardrobe , only one very narrow entrance to the apartments via narrow awkward stairs very much a fire hazard in my view as well as difficult to walk up No tea and coffee, No soap or Shampoo

Location

This place was an absalute discrace. I went to my room and there was no pillows or quilt on the bed. Wich I had to go to reception and get them. On further inspection the room had not been cleaned. There was no running hot water. And the room was stone cold. One little heater in room that give off little heat didnt help with big gap under the door and the landing window broken off its hinges blowing in a good breaze. The most impotant thing is no fire alarm wich is quite distressing as it is above a kebab shop. I went to reception and moved rooms to inside the guesthouse which wasnt much better. Didnt get cleaned all week or bedding or towels changes. And woke in morning a couple of times to find little bugs in my bed and on my pillow wich I squashed. I have taken pictures of this. I am very disapionted with this place. It should not be advertised on your website.

Cleanliness. Sack your cleaner they aren't very thorough. But for the price paid i can't complain that much.

Clean bed.

Toilet was dirty.Hardwood floor sticky and hadn't been cleaned .Musty odour in kitchen and the smell from the kebab shop below.I Stayed 4 hours and found another hotel which was clean for the same price.

Tv,washing machine,pillows and bed,everything is terrible.. Everything is UNSERVICEABLE, Promises as promises to fixed it!!!till morning n afternoon still not turn up to fix it!!! This apartment is suck!!!

The location was ideal as it wasn't too far out but still close enough to everyrthing London had to offer. Finding parking was no hassle either. The staff was very accomodating and friendly.

The radiator in the room was faulty which meant the room was a little chilly.

the apartment we stayed at had separate bathroom and kitchen - not open plan. both of the two facilities were of decent size. there was very good hot running water for the shower.

the apartment is separate location from the hotel. the apartments are based above shops and have to go up narrow stairs - not great with large suitcases. there's no storage in the apartment itself (i.e. cupboards/wardrobes); there were no bedsheets; curtains were thin. It's located near the main roads, so will be noisy with cars and people. windows are not double-glazed so can be loud and cold in the winter.

In front of bus stop, next to Stratford underground and shopping center. In 30 minutes you can be in Piccadilly. The staff was friendly and the reception was open 24 horas. The apartament has a complete kitchen (Microwave, oven...) and the hot water and heating run perfectly. Good relation quality/price, if you search anything for sleep and cook something easy, it's good place.

There wasn't knives and spoons in the kitchen. The room only has one chair for sitting to eat and the table is small.

Kings Head had some of the loveliest staff we've encountered thus far. We decided to extend our stay and they were as accommodating as could be. If ever there was an issue (we couldn't open our washing machine door) they were prompt in fixing it. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

As I was watching the Olympics during my stay in London, the location was very convenient to Stratford Olympic Park. We had a room with a bathroom and kitchen. Shower pressure was excellent. Great little apartment for a 1 star accommodation.

Stratford isn't the best of neighbourhoods so I wouldn't recommend staying in this area if a solo female traveller. Access to room wasn't the best - 2 flights of narrow stairs. They were also painting the walls of these stairs which I found quite bizarre considering it was a very busy time and thought this would be best done when not peak season.

Location.

The apartments were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was very useful and reasonably equipped. The price and location were ideal for a 1 night stay.

Excellent location and transport links. It was really good value for money. Staff were helpful and the apartment was clean and tidy. Will stay again.

Bruyant surtout côté rue. Problème de rideaux et de fenêtres suivant les chambres.

Ingenting

Rien absolument rien, un taudis, un vrais taudis, un escalier a une volée de 18 marches extrêmement raid et de plus très étroit a peine 60 cm de largeur, une cuisine extrêmement sale, quelques ustensiles rongés par la rouille, un lavabo qui tient a peine, un glace de lavabo de 15 cm de large, une literie sale et puante : un vrais cauchemar,

Tout, je n'ai rien aprecié du tout sauf peut etre l'endroit.

Könnyen megközelíthető tömegközlekedéssel. A metró 8 perces sétával, nagy bevásárlóközpont 10 perces sétával elérhető.

Az internetes tájékoztatásban nem szerepel, hogy ha kártyával fizeted a szállásdíjat, akkor 5 %-kal több az ár. Koszos volt. A konyhát egyáltalán nem takarították ki az előző lakó után. Egyik nap még egeret is láttam szaladni a konyhapulton. Zajos helyen van, és semmilyen hangszigetelése nincsen. A zuhany rosszul működik (szinte nincs víznyomás). Az ajtón nincsen biztonsági zár, egy régi fajta, szobaajtónak megfelelő kulccsal záródott. Egész héten azon izgultam, hogy meglesznek-e a dolgaink mire hazamegyünk. Szerencsére nem tűnt el semmi.

Очень удобное месторасположение : транспорт ,магазины . На первом этаже пиццерия - вкуснейшая пицца !!!

Были в январе , а в апартаментах нет отопления , один старенький каллорифер , холодно было ...на кухне как в холодильнике , в ванной тоже .

Riscaldamento autonomo seppur fosse solo una stufa elettrica. Metropolitana vicina (zona 3). ottima compagnia durante il soggiorno :)

Il posto è situato sopra un kebabbaro la cui canna fumaria innonda di odore di fritto tutta la struttura. L' appartamento era veramente sporco, abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci noi per pulire, porta rotta, non si chiudeva correttamente, il letto era fatto di sole molle, dormire sulla moquette era piu comodo. Nel appartamento sono dislocate trappole per scarafaggi ovunque. Le finestre non si chiudono benissimo e ogni minimo rumore della strada si sente fin troppo bene all interno (bus,auto,persone che parlano)
