The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay there again and recommend friends to do so. The stairs - I have walking difficulties but had not told them in advance

As a family of three we stayed one night and the evening meal was awful – dry cottage-pie or scampi served with (you’ve guessed it) chips and tinned peas. Breakfast was standard B+B fare. The Hotel was noisy – young females screaming and running from room to room. TV had a few channels. Parking was at a premium.

1. I "like" 15sqms = 30sqms (that is that a booked 30sqms room from Booking.com shrunk to 15sqms when I arrived, and of course there had to be a folding-bed instead of a proper sigle-bed, and the owner said that is the result of booking hotels from internet, and the best he can do is 30=15; 2. I "like" my car was scratched and the owner said that'd done by an 8 year-old, not a single word of apology. 3. I "like" the noise from all directions over night and the rows in dawn. 4. I "like" that the hotel is described offering evening meals but not in my visiting days. 5. I also "like" the hotel asked being paid in advance so that you would not be able to change your mind although you've got the above 1, 2, 3, 4. please see "what I like" about this hotel

Very helpful and flexable staff. Kids made very welcome. Some of the other guest coming in late at night a little noisy and the room was a little 'tired'.

It was convenient for the Bournemouth International Centre. Parking was good. Breakfast was adequate. The room reeked of smoke. The bathroom was tiny and cramped. The bed was too small and the pillows uncomfortable. The staff seemed lethargic. The room was at the front so very noisy due to the main road outside. Could hear clearly through the walls into other bedrooms.

The location of the hotel was brilliant as we knew before booking. However the standard of the bedroom furniture, fixtures and fittings, ensuite and decor was very poor. When unpacking we found a dirty sock left in a dressing table drawer!! Aah! The room was unfortunately on the front so was on the main road which was noisy and the double glazing was insufficient to block any noise. The beds were comfortable and clean though although were on casters so you had to be carefull to get in without moving the bed. The breakfast was excellent. See above - the antiquated tatty bedroom furniture and less than modern bedroom linen. The towels however were nice and soft! It would have been nice not have had the kettle on the floor to enable the lead to reach to the plug, but there was more than ample tea, coffee, sugar and milk available which as good.
