Everything was good nothing bad
staff are great.. And the breakfast was excellent!
The bed was an old divan bed.. Dirty along the side of it, and not Not comfy at all... My back was extremely sore in the morning. Rooms are very tired looking and Need upgraded. Would only use the hotel again because of the staff.. They make this place.
Comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfasts
Everything good staff helpful and nice
The staff, were all pleasant and tidy. The dining room / area was spacious. The bedroom was much bigger than i expected. Bathroom was fairly big too.
The shower when turned on leaked across the bathroom floor as the shower screen had been moved. The carpets from the foyer to dining room badly stained.
Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room. £50 Discount because the water wasn't warm enough. Definitely going back!
The water in the shower wasn't warm enough...
The value for money and excellent food.
Low price, restaurant, bar downstairs.
room was cold
The hotel was clean, room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was great
Shower water tepid at best and the plumbing was a bit noisy at night.
disco untill after 1am,staff answer, that was a quiet night for us
We chose Executive rooms, both of them at the back of the hotel away from the road noise. Both the double and the single rooms that the three of us stayed in were spacious and comfortable. Very nice.
Another member of family booked a small single room which was at the front of the hotel was noisy with road traffic noise.
Good value, attentive, welcoming staff
Cold bathroom, but the weather was rough meaning a draft through the window!
The room and restaurant food is excellent no complaints at all
Room was fine no problems
Bloody tv gave staff problems, can't beileive they couldn't nuclip one to replace the one in our room
I found the staff excellent and very helpful couldn't do enough but I must say for the money they need to modernize the rooms
Heating plumbing and the shower
The food and breakfast was good quality, and value for money. friendly staff
cheap sausage in the breakfast the rest was great. room was ok but single bed and size a bit small compared to other places i have stayed.
Clean, comfortable, great food, friendly staff.
Our bedroom was above public bar, and there was a very noisy Christmas function on (Disco). Kept up until 3 p.m. with noise of people outside drinking, talking, shouting, swearing, and calling taxis. Hotel should not have functions in close proximity to bedrooms. Nightmare experience in this respect.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was well located, looked nice and was comfortable. Really good value for money. Would use again and recommend
Couldn't get wifi in my room but 3G was good so didn't bother me too much
I had expected something lower before I got to the hotel. But immediately I step into the reception as well as my room I said "whao perfect". I was so much impressed, and to my amazement the staff were fantastic. Thanks Asuquo Okon.
None. Except heater, that was centrally control. However, in overall I scored the hotel facilities and services 98.5%. Thanks
Staff easy to speak to and very helpful. Parts of the hotel have been upgraded to a high standard(lounge bar, reception etc. Close to the function we were attending. Would easily go back.
Rooms were comfortable but a bit tired but no doubt they will be on the upgrade time table
the cocktail bar food was good value for your money with a good choice on menu and the food was excellent to also the breakfast was excellent to with lots to choose from
we was a family of 5 adults and 1 off the guest beds that was a sofa bed was not comfortable but if it was for a child it would be ok the main beds was very good
First time staying there and like it so much wish I found out about it sooner and stayed there more often
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the cocktail bar was lovely and after all the renovations are complete, the hotel will be more modern and of a high quality.
The shower wasn't great. Maybe the bathrooms need some TLC next.
