We chose Kings Park primarily because it was dog friendly, and the staff made a huge fuss of our Jack Russell. We needed a hotel to break our journey up to the Highlands, and the location was absolutely perfect, very handy for the motorway and ample parking on site. The hotel had everything we needed, accommodating us and our dog, with a clean, well equipped bedroom, spacious bathroom with overbath shower, excellent food and a pleasant bar to relax in. The full English breakfast on our departure was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Every member of staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. A great hotel and we would definitely return again. We could not fault this hotel at all.

Very quiet and spacious room having been upgraded to a family room. Food was excellent and a good choice of breakfast foods. Lady on reception was really helpful. Hotel is close to bus stop and rail station so no need to use the car at all. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Poor water pressure on shower.

I liked the hospitality of the staffs. The breakfast was good and so was the ambience. I didn't felt for a moment that I m staying in a hotel. It felt like home. I would definitely visit back to this hotel n strongly recommend to my friends visiting Scotland

The staff were friendly and very helpful, excellent customer service. Hotel was in a super location for us as we were attending a wedding in Rutherglen Town Hall, but the City of Glasgow is just 15 mins away. The hotel was clean. The food in the restaraunt was excellent both evening meal and breakfast. On arrival the hotel from the outside does not look inviting and we all felt disappointed. Howver this all changed when we entered. Our rooms were a little cramped, lighting in the room was poor could do with a light on the dressing table. The shower was a nightmare and was quite awkward to change between shower and bath taps. Great hotel for anyone looking to stay outside the city centre with easy access to motorways etc.

The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and it is situated quite close to Hampden stadium. A train station is nearby that can get you to the city centre in 15 minutes. The hotel decor is slightly dated.

Extremely friendly and made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived. Comfortable rooms and excellent value for money. Food was first rate with an A la carte menu in the cocktail Bar, available until after 9 pm, which is broad enough to satisfy all tastes. All the staff are friendly and helpful and you can be assured of a good start to the day with a hearty Scottish Breakfast. There weas nothing that I didn't like about this great value Hotel

- Full Scottish breakfast - only 5 mins drive from the motorway network - only 10 mins from the City Centre (yet still in the suburbs) - warm & friendly staff - efficient check-in, fuss-free check-out. - free parking - Noisy function on a Saturday night disturbed us a bit. - Toiletries were a bit unpleasant - yes, even though they're free!

Hotel was nice apart from a fight in the bar, which was very frightening for my dad who's in his 70s which ended with the complete bar being smashed up and windows being put through.

Good staff, food was good, free parking as we had a van Very poor room carpet was a least 20 years old and heating system was banging most of the night as it was so old, bathroom was big but very old decor. The whole hotel needs modernized and drunks at 6pm in the morning need told to go to bed

We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly (Frances on reception) and the man who took breakfast orders on Sunday morning - the rooms were very clean - the breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay brief though it was.

“I stayed here almost every week for 4 months for work. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't big but they are perfectly comfortable and cosy. Wifi and room service at no extra charge really set this hotel apart from the others I stayed in. I got a great deal on price and would highly recomment it!” Lorna, Cambridge |
