Great value, friendly staff, great cooked-to-order breakfast, no semi-warm buffet here! Good twin room and hotel in a very convenient and pleasant location. Room a little small but adequate. Suspect Hotel could be noisy when function on. Room too hot and difficult to ventilate but it was a particularly warm night - rare for Glasgow!

The price was good. The breakfast was well presented and generous. Car parking is ample. It's close to the city centre and there is a lovely park just across the main road from it. Chewing gum stuck on the wall in the room and a dirty shelf. Too noisy at night to sleep with smokers outside shouting and laughing. Receptionist saying my room number out loud in front of other guests - I was a single occupant female.

All facilities were fantastic and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Michelle at reception was such a gem and Chris & Grant in the beautiful restaurant made dining very enjoyable. A truly great place to stay and would recommend it to all travellers.

The staff were very friendly and allowed us in our room early. We were late down for breakfast and it was no problem.Breakfast was tasty too! Location was great... round the corner from Toryglen football centre where we needed to be. Cold tap in the bathroom didnt work and shower poor. Room in need of some re-furb and TLC though not a problem. The problem was the loud music from a party downstairs until the early hours.

The staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was very good (really hot cooked breakfasts, done to order and no tired bacon hanging around for ages in a buffet). Dinner in the restaurant was excellent value. The executive room we had was very spacious with plenty of storage, and although it faced the dual carriageway there was no traffic noise through the double glazed windows. All in all a really good place to stay if you need accommodation in the Rutherglen area and are not after anything 'flashy'. Nothing - but don't let the tired and dated outside of the hotel put you off.

Hotel was fine for short stays & staff were very pleasant. I would stay again but the central heating needs to be improved throughout the hotel on cold days. Poor heating in room, very very cold. A small fan heater was in the wardrobe, however the control button was missing and it was very noisy, therefore it could not be used. The heating in the cocktail lounge was also very poor, far too cold.

Large room, good bed and hot shower. Evening meal and service was good. Breakfast was packed at 7am but had cleared by 8am if you had that flexibility. Room was fine for me but other may have thought it was a tad chilly.

Friendly staff, very good value, excellent breakfast options. Room facilities good. Only small criticism was the room size was a bit on the compact side for a twin room, but everything was in full working order.
