All of the staff were fantastic Cocktail bar prices too expensive, the bar was fine but down a verry steep flight of stairs, there was snow and ice in the car park and steps into the hotel on our arrival we had to ask for the steps to be salted I would have thought this would have been seen to as the hotel had a lot of guests that evening |

The staff were absolutely fabulous from cleaning staff, reception dining and bar Our room no. 111 was fine but didnt feel it was value for money we paid for an executive room but it seemed to me to be only standard styled double we were only staying overnight and in a rush to be at our evening venue so didnt bother speaking to anyone about it |

Excellent value and location - 15-29 minutes bus to Glasgow centre every 12 minutes from outside hotel. Very clean room and bedding Smoking obviously taking place in room by ignorant previous guests, which could be smelt on first entering room - however as a staunch non smoker it did not spoil my stay. Indeed I would recommend this hotel and sta there again |

Hotel was spotless! Manager on duty during my stay very humble and helpful, first class service in restaurant. Very comfortable bed, something you hardly find in most hotels. I liked almost everything espcially the black pudding. Parties with extremely loud music not ideal in hotels especially if you are not informed about the party before hand. That's the last thing you need to hear when u are in a hotel room. It would be nice to have the breakfast fried in less fat otherwise t'was ok. A big sign on the main road would be nice too hotel is a bit hidden. |

Really can't think of a good thing to say about this hotel..i would suggest find another hotel to stay ! I am a seasoned traveller and fortunately I have never had the misfortune to stay in a hotel as poor as this one..the staff and especially the manager were arrogant and had complete apathy towards the numerous problems that occurred during this weekend break..if you do have the misfortune to stay here ,I would recommend that you do dot stay in rooms 103 -109 unless you enjoy extremely loud music and your bedroom walls shaking from the disco party going on until the small hours of the morning |

The hotel manger is quite impressive to offer me good services and cover some problems even if some staffs in there have mistaken in their work sometimes... Everything is fine...but when to check out I was a bit embarrassed with their mistake...they didnt know I have already paid accommodation fees... |

Staff was friendly and courteous and responded positively to most requests in a prompt manner. Made multiple requests to have phone repaired but this was never done during my stay. |

The food was very good and good value for money and the bed very comfortable. The hotel appears to be badly in need of renovating / modernising. A notable concern was the 5 containers in the dining room catching water dripping from the ceiling very close to the electric lights! |

The room was comfortable and clean There was no TV controller and during a wet evening - the restaurant had 3 wine coolers catching rain pouring through the roof. |

Was overall a nice place to stay for one night. No security-keys for the room (everything is very old fashioned there) and the door did not close very well (better to keep the valuable stuff in the car). |

The room was not clean, the tv was dirty and too close and low to see whilst laid in bed. There was an empty lemonade bottle left in the bottom of the wardrobe, a lighter on the window sill and the surfaces had some dust or dirt on most of them. One bedside cabinet still had something that had been previously spilt on it left to go sticky. The shower had no seal under the glass door, so water went all over the bathroom floor when we used the shower and the rail holding the shower head on the wall was loose at one end. To top it off we awoke to find we were in the middle of a BBC filming set, something no-one thought to mention either when we booked or when we arrived at the hotel despite the crew being there on previous days also. |

The staff at this hotel were excellent. We had the special deal for the evening meal and this was good value for money and the food was ok The room was very small. The heating wasnt working properly but they had put a portable heater in the room. It was a bus journey out of the city centre. The walls were paperthin. |
