The staff were great, such a change from the usual 'budget' hotel production line. It was just a little 'tired', clean but in need of a little tlc. This would not / will not stop me staying again.

We felt that the coach party was given priority over us. The first night we went into the dining room, the tables were set out with place settings etc for the coach party, our table was almost bare. The second night we had to eat in the bar as the dining room was full with the coach party. Overall the staff were friiendly and helpful.

Past its best: stained and worn carpets, dodgy window opening, poor ventilatipon and a faintly "drainy" smell in the bathroom. Decent restaurant, but a bit pricey given the quality of my room. Not a really pleasant experience.

The staff were polite, helpful and always had a smile on their face, even at silly oclock in the morning It isnt just this hotel, all hotels do it..there is never enough milk in the rooms. There is always only ever four sachets of milk and you need all four if not more just to make a decent cup of coffee. It would be helpful if there was a tabletop fridge in the room with a pint of milk, if that was possible im sure a few people staying there wouldnt mind if there was a charge if more milk was needed. Also the coffee in the resturant is disgusting, not everyone likes the coffee you use and it would be nice if we was given a choice, myself and my wife prefer mellow birds, it isnt too strong. But with your coffee no matter how much milk you use its just not nice at all. Talking of milk, it would be nice to be given the option of wether we had whole or semi skimmed, neither of us like whole milk but was the only option we had

I found it good value for money. I found the evening meals expensive particularly as my husband was ill and unable to eat the meal ordered, and through worry I was not able to eat mine , but I came back to the table as we were with a party in the name of newbould. I appreciate the food was cooked for us but a reduction would have been appreciated. After a visit to the hospital my husband is now on the mend.

Ease of access to major routes and specialist areas of Norfolk (eg, tourist attractions, Sandringham, National Trust, preserved railways etc) The evening meal/s offered are not good value. I would suggest B&B only and there are some wonderful pubs and restaurants nearby offering very reasonable evening meals.

We did not like anything about Ramada hotel, Kings Lynn! However, the morrning receptionist (Sharni) was pleasant and helpful but the duty Manager (Ms Philipott I think) was eventually helpful but hugely lacked in customer care skills!!! We arrived very late and very tired. We were directed to our room to be greeted by an unpleasant musty smell so immediately opened the window, however we could leave it open as there were no security catches and we were on the ground floor. Then I discovered that the toilet had not been cleaned!!!! Without being descriptive it was obvious that the toilet had not been cleaned! The shower screen was also mouldy and appeared to have not been cleaned. The room was dark, dingy and extremely dated. There were tears on the wallpaper and patches of plastering! There weren't any tolietries so I had to go back to reception to ask for some soap so I could at least wash my hands! I would have asked to change rooms except it was so late and we were exhausted, we just needed to sleep and didn't want the hassle, plus there was a wedding going on and I had to wait 10 minutes at reception just to get some soap! Had we have arrived to this earlier in the day we would have just walked out and found somewhere else! Not what we expected from a Ramada, we will never stay here again!!!! Awful!!!

“The staff describe themselves in the brochure as a hard-working and committed group working together to produce a good stay for their guests. This is 100% accurate and we experienced the results of that - a very pleasant stay. The room was well appointed, the food was good and there was a spirit of generosity not often found.” Anthony, Edgware |
