We liked the location, friendly and very helpful owner, good breakfast, reasonably priced bar. a good weekend was had by all.
Only thing we didn't like was that we were put into a very small room (2 adults, 1 child and a toddler in a travel cot), Upon booking (with booking, com) we were under the impression it would the family room as that's the picture it came up with and it specified 'family room'. So as you can imagine, it was very cramped.
Clean room good friendly service good breakfast
I liked that we could check in early and that the hotel was in a good location and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and efficient.
I didn't like the noise from the other residents. They sounded like a heard of elephants in the room above us. They obviously had no regard for others in the hotel. Luckily my 3 year old wasn't effected too much.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Room was cosy and well decorated. Breakfast was amazing and ready almost straight away. Would definitely go back again.
clean and tidy with good breakfast, only 10 minuet slow walk from sea front and its attractions.
Accommodating with the parking
Shower didn't work properly started off cold and water went off completely
We liked the bed very comfortable also the breakfast was excellent
We. Didn't like the room it was too compact small kettle not enough room to move around small wardrobe
The owners were more than helpful. Was in a great location right in the centre of the main attractions. Loved it!
Couldn't fault it at all...
Location was within easy walking distance of the north beach, tower & town shopping. This, together with off road parking meant the car was not used throughout our stay. Breakfast was good.
Both the bedroom & bathroom were very, very small. Ok for the couple of days we were there perhaps but definitely not for a week, particularly if the weather was poor & time needed to be spent in the room. We were lucky!
Location right near town and activities Very clean and well presented Friendly owners
Very clean room. Breakfast was great.
breakfast comfy beds pleasant owners
very quiet hotel, owner thinks of everything you may need and very helpful Good food
Pauline and John we're lovely, very helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Can't think of anything I didn't like
the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good.and the owners were very nice.
the room wasn't big enough for 2 people, you couldn't move around comfortably,it were too clostrophobic.and there were nowhere to sit only on the bed or a fold up cloth chair, which were no good for my husband to sit on.
Comfy bed. nice bathroom with shower good breakfast owner friendly convenient location Clean rooms
bed not made, information said bed would be made daily unless sign left on door, no sign in room to put out even if we wanted to. paid extra for a 'spacious room' but don't know where the space was, room was quite small with one chair and room to walk round the bed only. Had to ask for clean cups.
The breakfast at the kingscliff was excellent the owner Pauline was very friendly . The location was perfect for what we wanted .
We had a family room at the top of the building it was very hot and stuffy but a very nice room
Room clean and tidy Friendly and helpful staff Central location
Fried egg hard No draft beer
Hotel was clean and fairly quiet, breakfast was good, staffs were helpful by helping us with directions to certain places and attractions.
we didn't like the room somehow it was a bit small for two people and also the washing basin was in the room instead of in the shower room. It felt like a wash room.
Had a lovely nights sleep. Very comfy bed and double glazed windows proved to be excellent soundproofing from the very noisy seagulls. The last B&B I stayed in in Blackpool had rubbish windows and I felt as though the seagulls were in beside me.
Pauline was a great host providing excellent service and was very accomodating with our requests. Will definitely be the first choice when we return to blackpool!
The patient lady that stayed up until midnight to wait for us when our coach was late. The breakfast was excellent to Highly recommend for value for money, if I'm ever in Blackpool again it would be where I stay
The greeting from the owner and conversation we had were so lovely made our stay feel personal and made my birthday weekend away a brilliant time
The tourist information leaflets were behind the door and hard to get to
