Very good value for money. My wife and I stayed just one night and although It was in need of a little attention in places, we were pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of our room. The price we paid included a full English breakfast and contrary to some comments that we had read, it was of very good quality. Waitress was very attentive. Shabby in places but not enough to spoil our stay. We paid £49.50 for a double room with breakfast. Can't argue with that!

My room was a realy good price even though I booked the night before I travelled. It was a huge room which was very comfortable. I was attending a training course at the Hotel so it was good to be onsite.

Friendly staff, new rooms got everything one would need for business or pleasure, older rooms above bar full of character and good value on Internet booking. Sausages for breakfast exceptional, but eggs always poor, eggs should be cooked fresh for each customer or at least changed more often. Too much scrambled egg made. Also get proper sauce sachets not cheap ones, it says so much about the rest of your food offering, why save a couple if quid and serve rubbish?

Nice place, bit off the beaten track - dont use the postcode on your gps, wont take you anywhere near the hotel! Friendly staff, good parking.... Only bad thing - The room i was in was very tired, not dirty as such, but broken furniture and stains up the wall/carpet......

We had a very nice spacious room in the new part of the hotel. We enquired about the possibility of breakfast in our room and we told that it was not possible to deliver hot food. We therefore enquired about the continental breakfast option and were disappointed that it only consisted of cereal and toast. The sound carries from other rooms.

Our initial reception (Louise) was excellent, friendly informative, and helpful. Bar staff too were good, seemed a nice atmosphere amongst the staff. Room too was very good. Location excellent, Situated where it is, Warwickshire countryside, close to historic Coughton Court (1 imile away), Throckmorton arms and gunpowder plot, and next to the Arden forest ( Shakespeare's forest) trail, the decor was disappointing, The timber beamed building is at odds with the internal assemblage of pictures and scenes from all over the world. You could easily be in a hotel in a foreign country judging by the references on the walls.

The room was brilliant absolutely spotless. The hotel would be great for a family function and was very quiet. Breakfast included was a big bonus and very good. We didnt eat at the hotel as the bar restaurant was too bright and very expensive. As a couple we wanted something a bit cosier.

Our stay at Kings Court was excellent! We really couldn't fault it. A big plus for us was the fact we could bring our small dog with us. It's in an excellent location to visit many interesting places. The breakfast was excellent, the room very clean with everything you need, plus the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It exceeded my expectations, and Ii have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending it! There was absolutely nothing we didn't like!

All the staff were very friendly, genuine and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room was comfortable. The hotel was very easy to find. My boyfriend was very impressed by the cooked breakfast - he ate a lot! Overall we felt the hotel was really good value for money. The hotel felt a little bit like a nice Travelodge...very basic but then at £50 a night, inc. Breakfast for 2 we expected this. The walls were thin and we could hear the tv in the room next door...our tv was very small and lower down than the end of the bed, so it made it quite difficult to watch (we had been at a wedding the night before so were looking forward to a quiet night in). The room was comfortable but a little 'rough around the edges' and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast was nice, but as a vegetarian there were limited options in the 'hot' section' - I was limited to beans, mushrooms and french toast - but didn't have any as there were not enough utensils and I was concerned that some people may have used the meaty ones in the veggie food (yes, I know i'm very fussy!!) It would be nice to have had some veggie sausages or hash browns, and enough utensils to ensure this didn't happen. Having said that there was toast, cereal and yoghurt available which was all very nice. I wouldn't be put off staying at the hotel again if I was back in the area - overall a really good budget option.

Myself and my husband wanted a break and we found the perfect place at the Kings Court Hotel. We found the staff very friendly and helpful especially in the restuarant in the evening. We had a wonderful dinner the food was delicious. The breakfast was very good and we found all in all the quality of the food was excellent. Our room was very clean and warm and our only disapointment was that we were not able to stay longer. Thankyou for a great stay.

Good size room, tea & coffee facilities, nice breakfast. Choice of bar or restaurant for food, plenty of parking. Room could have been aired better prior to stay, as felt a bit damp but maybe that is just a result of lack of travellers at this time of year. Still for the price can't complain.

Lovely and quiet; great, substantial, breakfast. Looks to be conveniently located for historic towns (eg, Stratford, Alcester, etc) and countryside. Would be useful to have a number for the address - using a sat nav initially left us a mile or so from the actual hotel
