Bed, bedding and bathroom - good shower.
Slightly shabby furniture and carpet could be cleaner.
Staff very wecoming and friendly. Bed very comfortable. Quiet for sleeping. Food good quality
Can't think of anything.
Staff friendly and helpfull Fresh modern decor
The staff were great and very helpful
There was nothing I absolutely didn't like!
The bed is so comfortable. The location is close to the railway station.
The light is not bright enough. Since a bar restaurant is nearby, I could hear the people shouting when they were getting out from the restaurant at the midnight time.
We stayed here at the beginning and end of our holiday and on both occasions the staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for us and really seemed to enjoy their job. on the check-in Laura was extremely helpful. On the first visit in an effort to close the bedroom door quietly, we actually didn't close it properly and the night porter very quietly knocked and alerted us to it. Quite reassuring to know that very late at night they are checking all is well. Location is excellent and also quiet! Good value, but for me the staff are the real stars here.
closeness to station
Receptionist called Laura, she made our kids feel very special, she bought them chocolate (prize for colouring in!) with her own money and refused to let me repay her. She was open and friendly to all, whilst making sure she had an eye on new guests and remaining efficient; she seemed to be in 5 places at once!
Needed to bo
The staff were excellent very helpful and friendly.
Nothing really. A bit pricey but it's London.
I booked a disabled room and got a shower over a low bath. I was unable to use it as the low bath was too high for me , and the shower didn't seen to work. I will never stay here again . So please read this !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Location to station, restaurant, bed was really comfy
Close to Kings Cross Station. The restaurant was very good for dinner.
The room was very basic. The A/C did not work, which made for a very unrestful night.
Fab location - just straight out of Kings Cross & you are there. Staff absolutely fantastic - could not do enough for you. (Jo) Nothing was too much trouble. run out of condements & was given loads straight away. Bed comfy & room very quiet. Perfect for visiting London. Could leave bags in reception when checking out before train arrived - perfect
We stayed on 3rd Floor & it was a little grotty & had a mouldy smell to the corridoor. I have stayed in many Premier Inns & this was a little run down on this floor. Room very good though.
Very comfortable, great friendly staff.
Could not fault anything
check in facilities
A bit noisy outside
Always knowing what you get
No bath Windows do not open Beds smaller than before
Friendly staff and cleanliness
Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Good location! Breakfast ok!
Breakfast was just ok and a bit expensive
Right from the moment we stepped through the door staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful and should be commended. The room location was lovely (for our previous trip to London we stayed in a travel lodge and it was like sleeping on a motorway, so noisy). The room cleanliness was top rate and the breakfast was an amazing way to start the day. Thank you very much, we're definite premier inn converts now :)
The location. Being so close to the station meant when we got to London, the hotel was right there and then we could jump on any number of the lines to get where we needed to go.
Beds were a little firm for my taste.
Location, bed comfort, restaurant and bar all great
Bathroom a bit cramped but not a big issue at all.
Generally the hotel had a lot going for it with the location, cleanliness and amenities. Bed was very comfortable and with a good range of pillows. Breakfast was excellent with good range.
Waiting over half an hour before I could attract anybody's attention to take my ginner order!
