very convenient for departure and arrival from Kings Cross Station. Staff very friendly. Breakfast provided (English and Continental) sets you up for a day in London. Our room overlooking the main atrium was away from the traffic, but the noise of the ventilation system affected sleep during the first night. |

The staff were excellent and were a credit to you'r comanpy. The rooms were good value for a weekend break and would definately stay there again and would recommend this place as a hotel to stay. |

The helpfulness of staff, spaciousness and comfort of room, the lovely breakfast, convenient location and overall value for money! Nothing. Lifts went bit do-lally on last day but this can happen anywhere. We used stairs and it didn't affect our enjoyment. |

Our car was hit by a dustcart outside the hotel and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in helping us sort it out. Deanna in particular got all the driver details, called the police and even arranged a complimentary breakfast for the family. The hotel was in a great position for all we wanted to do in London at a great price |

We were extremely impressed with the staff everywhere. They were always pleasant and extremely helpful. This made for a very friendly atmosphere, everywhere in the hotel. The dining experience was also positive, food good, prices reasonable and staff friendly. |
