Convenient location and the great room!
Helpful staff , safe environment , clean room great breakfast
Asked to book in early had to wait until 1pm so wasted half a day until we could get sorted
Location was so close to Kings Cross station, so unbelievably convenient! Coffee shop and restaurant on ground floor.
Had to pay for Wifi and breakfast downstairs. Vending machines in corridors did not work on three separate floors during our entire stay.
The staff were very pleasant, always smiling, could not do enough for you.Nothing seemed too much trouble. Located centrally. One of the major things for me was the left luggage service, if you arrived early they would look after prior to checking in, and on departure would hold , even when you checked out allowing you to spend more time sight seeing, prior to catching train home.
There was not anything i could fault during my short visit, except maybe having a small fridge in the rooms may help.
we stayed here for a night just to catch up the Eurostar bounding for Brussels at 6:50am. The location is great. You can go to Russell square and Leicester square by wall. The bed is big and comfortable and staffs are very friendly and caring. Overall it's a very nice experience and will come back when we are in town.
Room Breakfast Fawad very helpful in printing my boarding pass.
Staff very friendly Travel by train so ideal place.
Room was cold due to not being able to get controls to work. Phone to ring down to reception was to far away (2 passage ways away)with a 6 and a 3 year old not good A cold January night we did not need a cold room hence lower score for facilities and comfort Thank goodness for the bedding.
Quiet and very close to Train and tune stations. Good bed
Signage is not visible when approaching the hotel from the same side of the street. We walked four blocks past and had to retrace our steps. Fix this!!
good location value for money friendly staffs
All of the staff this hotel were very friendly, efficient and very nice. Congratulations all staff!
Friendly staff, good location, value
Instant coffee in room.
Efficient, well trained, friendly, helpful staff. Amazingly quiet for central London - our room faced onto a central court.
As usual in Premier Inns I didn't like the bedding. The duvets are far too heavy and warm for a centrally heated hotel and there is no choice of tog value. However I was provided with a pile of cot blankets and was much more comfortable the second night.
Staff were very welcoming , friendly and helpful but not OTT. We requested a quiet room, it certainly was.
excellent and friendly staff ready to fill up your wishes (Timea, Maria, etc.), fair breakfast policy (you can decide each morning whether you want go for breakfast or not and direct to pay for it)
quality of bathroom could be better
All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother. The room was very clean and quiet and the bed - soooo comfie! Thanks to all the staff at the Premier Inn.
Everything was perfect!
The location of the hotel was fantasic. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great. We had a good nights sleep.
There was nothing to dislike or anything critical I could say about the hotel.
Great location close to Kings Cross Good access for wheelchair user both to room and in room
bedside light not bright enough for reading Staff a little over attentive - asked how my stay was every time I went in or out!
The way the staff did their best to help on every occasion. All staff from the bar staff to the house keepers were friendly and helpful on every occasion.
The air con in the rooms was tricky to get right.
Great no frills hotel for an overnight stay. Their 'quiet' policy was wonderful and we both had a great sleep
A stones throw from Kings Cross and access to the underground. The £10 for breakfast might seem expensive to some but the selection, quality and amount you can have is well worth it. There is another bar / restaurant and a coffee shop attached to the hotel so plenty to choose from if you don't want to venture out. We shouldn't have been able to check in until 2pm but on our arrival at 12noon, they radio'd up to a maid and found us a twin room that we could occupy straight away instead of checking our bags into a secure room. I was concerned about noise from the train station being so close but I needn't have been worried, even general street noise was hardly audible.
Our room was starting to look a little shabby. A missing wall fan grill cover was unsightly and the carpet where a section had been cut out and replaced was frayed and overly obvious. These are minor concerns as the room in general was very comfortable and clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated to travel anywhere around London thanks to the nearby train and tube stations. The hotel is all you need for a short visit and the cooked breakfast was excellent.
Twice in morning maid entered room I'm not happy as my chck out time was 12 noon disturbed at 8am then at 10am was offered refund have not been emailed to say it's been done
As the headline says, the room was incredibly quiet. We first got a room with a slightly weird smell but after reporting it we immediately got an other one. Good service.
The location is brilliant and the staff are fantastic! Friendly, very efficient and very professional. Our second time here in 2 years.... Really can't fault it.
Not much to fault but it is looking a bit tired. We were told the hotel is being renovated in March which will be fabulous for the next time we come to England.
