My bed was comfortable & warm but more importaly for me was that the pillows were comfortable which is normally my main complaint. The breakfast room being on the second floor could have been better advertised.

Fabulous location right in the centre yet quiet inside the hotel itself. Beautifully decorated with stylish / modern designs . Wc Great bar with a very reasonable happy hour and really friendly staff. Only downside was that the room was a little on the small side however we only stayed one night so that was not a problem .

The staff were wonderful! My room was very hot, but a member pf staff immediately came to sort it out. No yogurts for breakfast, although they were on the menu! Hardly a tragedy, though.

Just about everthing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Could have done with a teaspoon on the hospitality tray. If on room only basis (as we were) I thought the breakfast a bit expensive at £13.95
