Location, facilities (having a kitchen) and space (living roon and two bedrooms). Could have been cleaner on arrival and whole flat smelt of damp due to an old mop left in the main bedroom cupbaord, easily resolved by throwing it away, a bit more attention to detail and I would have had no issues.

upon arrival we had lovely welcome very polite,, even offered to take our case upstairs, room was quite spacious, clean bedding, room clean, even tho it was a inn there was no noise was very quiet, our chef was brilliant, we had lovely breakfasts each day cereals toasts and full english, we tried meals there one evening was not dissapointed, very nice, the hotel is styled lovely with the old twist, plenty of hot water.comfortable mattress, location is brilliant for the castle a ten minute walk, any problems staff are quick to sort, they make you feel welcome and we would stay here again, not really complaining about anything, the only things to reflect on is car park entrance tight and could be short on places to park in busy periods as the car park is tight, petty things are could do with a slight update in shower area, although you got a good shower no welcome biscuits, and there was no top up in room the following day on coffee tea milk and sugar,we had to ask, perhaps we have been spoilt on other places we stayed. could be a lot of stairs for people on the upper floors, hot water can get very hot,

Owners and staff were polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Some noise issues with the neighbours on the first night. After reporting our concerns there was no repetition for the remainder of our stay. Guests need to appreciate that the appartment is in a residential block 50 yds along the road from the Kings Head and not at the Kings Head itself.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. The service and food was excellent and would possibly come again in the near future. The rooms were a little bit dated.

Fantastic staff, very friendly. We brought three kids and were loaded with luggage and they helped us every step of the way. Such nice people-- this is a family run business. We found ourselves eating in their pub every night for dinner just because we loved the atmosphere of the place. The two-bedroom flat that we rented was the perfect solution for a family traveling with young children. Kids had their own bedroom, separate from adults, plus we had a kitchen to cook in and a den to relax in after the kids were asleep. Nothing negative to say about this place. We will definitely be back.

Very good location, pretty much in the centre of Warwick. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were a golfing party of 8 and had 4 bedrooms which were comfortable inc tea and coffee etc. Didn't eat in the pub in the evening, the breakfast (full english) was simple but fine. Self service tea and coffee on the bar. I would certainly book the Kings Head again in similar circs as it rep very good value in my opinion

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast in the dining room. Close to the castle and town, and a pleasant walk through town to the railway station. A really friendly environment and we loved our stay.

The rooms are smal but comfortable. If I need to stay in the area again I would ask for a room at the rear of the hotel as there is a great deal of traffic noise. It is perfectly located for those wishing to see the castle. We wished we had known that food was not available Sunday evening as we did want to eat in one night - the local's told us he is an excellent italien cook. The traffic noise!

Good location for Warwick and the castle. The main square is only 5 minutes walk. Free parking and internet is also a bonus. Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful. The shower in the room was totally unacceptable. It was several minutes for the water to warm up and the hot water pressure was so low that you had the choice of a high pressure freezing cold shower or a low pressure warm shower that was little more than a drip. Getting a family of 3 ready in the morning was a real chore. We liked the hotel but the shower situation would prevent us returning there. Additionally the TV was only around 16". This is way too small for a room of this size.

A quiet spot even though accomodation is over a public house. Friendly staff, and comfortable room. The ensuite could do with being updated/modernised.

A charming four hundred year old hostelry. Our room even boasted a four poster king size bed.The bathroom had a very large curved bath with a very powerful shower over it.We dined here on Saturday evening and the food was excellent.Mein host is most convivial, helpful and efficient.Breakfast was particularly good.Definately recommend it. If I really wanted to be picky. The shower was a little too temperamental, less than 5mm turn from scalding to near cold and the tv only received the four basic channels.
