L'hôtel ne mérite certainement pas la description faite sur votre site. Vieil établissement, où aucun travaux n'ont été effectués depuis des années. La famille qui le gère est néanmoins charmante. Tout est dit précédemment : établissement vétuste, moquette installée voilà probablement plus de 30 ans, pas de téléphone dans les chambres, eau chaude disponible (en petite quantité) quand elle le veut etc... |

The main reason for booking this hotel was the location. Being slightly away from the town centre meant the pub was quiet at night. Did not hear noises from the other rooms. We stayed in room 8, the 4 poster, well presented. However, traffic noise coming from the single glazed bathroom window. It was not as special as it should have been, but was good enough for 1 night. The main disaster was the bed, the matress and the bed base creak so badly we kept waking each other up when we rolled over. Very poor night's sleep and recommend new guests check if this has been fixed. |

The rooom was clean, well presented and warm,the staff were welcoming and friendly and the inclusive breakfast very good. Its location for the racecourse was excellent. |

Friendly pub atmosphere. Good food and drink. Convienient parking. Handy for walking into town and the castle. Front bedrooms are very near noisey road, though it was ok during night. |

The room was smelly, located above the kitchens, had damp damage on the walls, overall facilities were poor, definitly not value for money compared to other B&B's. Overpriced for what it offers. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pub below is a working pub with some local characters. I was not in the deluxe en suite accommodation. The room I had on the front of the hotel and needs to be double glazed to cut down the traffic noise and drafts. "Having finally completed the refurbishment of the building"!! I thought wood chip had gone out with the ark, although the paint job over it was very creative. Also my bill had been paid from the booking details taken when I booked through this web site and was all cleared before I came down for breakfast and this was without me confirming the total. This was worrying, if there had been any discrepancies how would they have been resolved. |

The apartment was very nicely furnished and everything we needed. The landlord was friendly and accomodating. This is in an excellent location for visits to the castle, which is only 10 minutes walking distance and the the town centre. The carpet could do with being replaced but generally everything was in excellent condition. |

Staff were extremely helpful. Food was very good, great value. Myself and my wife were visiting Warwick Castle with our three children aged 12, 10 and 6, all would recommend this hotel. |

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food was good. All a bit grim! Could do with redecoration. Concerned to find that, after a mix-up with payment, our reciept had been given to another customer. They produced a copy from behind the bar, this copy had our debit card details and full number on it. I did not think this very secure - my card details could have been accessed by anyone! We understood that we were to pay half prior to the visit, then the balance when we left; we have no idea, yet, what we have paid... if anything! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of hot water with a very effective shower. There were no chairs in the bedroom and we had to sit on the bed. |
