Breakfast was early, perfect for my needs. The television had enough channels to keep me entertained for the evening. The room met my needs (simply a place to sleep for a night). The cleanliness of the room was not acceptable, there were hairs on the sheets and the bathroom was unsanitary.

Reception staff were rude. Breakfast wasn't on till late enough. Plug in the shower didn't drain quick enough so nearly ended up flooding the bathroom! Tea and coffee were disgusting in the room!

Pretty old, loud and small rooms but that's usually what you get for the price in London. Considering London Hotels you get what you pay for.

Place Cable went into my room through glazing so window couldn't be closed firmly. In my room under ceiling were power switches for whole hotel. In corner of the room and along one wall stuck out piping leftovers. In one wall was a hole covered with roughly painted veneer. Draining in washbasin in wc was poor. Lighting in wc could be turned on with lace hanging from ceiling.

the room was very small but i did not mind this at all. however, i came down to london for an interview and was told breakfast was 7.30 to 9.30. I went down at 7.30 as i needed to leave early and was simply told by the man at reception 'sorry, staff are late.' with no further offer to sort me some toast or anything. pretty disgraceful service so personally, i will not be using the kings hotel again.

Location was ideal for Hyde park Web said recently refurbished-untrue. Very shabby. Don't think family rooms should be so high with windows that open from the bottom. Bit scary! I was pressured to pay cash but in the end they accepted the card.

The hotel was really close to the underground station of queensway and using this way you were close of the most of the important places to visit in London. The breakfast was really poor and when we check in the personal never told us when start and finish the breakfast so when we call to the reception there was only 5 minutes to close the breakfast. The bathroom was really really really small and the toilet was so narrow that a person of regular size almost can not sit in it. I think you can pay almost the same price for a better place!!!

24-Hours reception, there was no noise from neighbours, very good location. Here is no elevator. Fair for a short stay. No internet and no free wifi hotspots around. Unnaimed (instant issue) Mastercard did not accepted - not a problem, just be warned. Breakfast (stars from 7:30) a little bit worse than in other hotels of the same price category - no any meat, eggs, hot dogs. Window is a single thin glass, no noise isolated, but street is not noisy. There was no spoons in the room.
