J'ai bien aimé le service, le personnel et l'emplacement. J'ai pas trop aimé: les salles de bain trop petites, le tartre dans le bac a doucheet les lits un peut dur a mon gout. |

proximité du métro rue tranquille hotel situé a quelques minutes de magasins,consigne bagages. propreté,petit déjeuner minimum,rideau de douche sale,pas d ascenseurs,état général de l hotel laisse a déplorer etc |

rien, on nous a transféré dans un autre hotel le manque de concidération du client. En revenche le St David's hotel, où on nous a transféré, est très bien conviviale, avec une chambre basic mais refaite chaque jour |

Le personnel de cette hotel est sympathique, l'hotel est situé dans un quartier qui bouge bien,on est en plein coeur de Londres. L'hotel est vraiment tres sale, tout laisse a desirer,literie,salle de bain,toilette ainsi que vaisselle(ptit dejeuner). |

juste à côté du métro Queensway - très pratique - personnel très aimable - situation centrale - salle de douche et WC privés la literie pas terrible - chauffage centrale pas en marche, il faut demander un chauffage mobile, mais pas de pb car ils l'apportent tout de suite |

L'hotel était techniquement indiponible alors on a été transférés vers l'hotel d'à côté du même genre La salle de bain petite, le lit un peu mou, le chauffage bloqué à fond avec les fenêtres ouverts: pas très écolo |

I stayed in a very big room with a bathroom with the bath and with balcony, it was a lovely stay. It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. I asked at the reception for extra towel and extra blanket and all I asked I got in a minute. Breakfast was nice too so I really can not find anything to complain. |

I have to say I like that hotel very much. It's a nice, small, tidy place with nice rooms and smiling and very helpful people who are ready to help any time. Room which I stay was big enough with a nice clean bath with shower, in the room you can find tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and TV with 5 channels so what else should I ask for? I have to say that price was briliant as well for the central London. I can recommend this hotel without any doubts. |

I only spent time sleeping in the hotel so the room was large and the bed was also really good The fact that did not had a do not disturb sign and every morning a guy would come and wake us up in order to clean |

nothing i would never stay in it again it was filthy and the staff were not friendly or helpful. everything, the discusting smell, dirty pillows, non secure doors, shower head broke and came off wall, the sink and shower were blocked, the bed linen was dirty and the staff were ignorant. |

It is really not far from the next Underground station and it is quite near to the centre of London. The blanket oo our bed was extremely dirty, near black and greasy |

Staff were very helpful and everywhere was clean and tidy. Near to tube so not far to carry luggage. Good location Insufficient seating available at breakfast., Rooms had not been checked thoroughly - tv did not work or hairdryer and were not fixed during stay. There was no plug in bathroom washbasin. We were offered another room but on a different floor which would not have been convenient with children in other room. |

Good location, pleasant staff, suitable for for family members needs. Generally good modnifying to bring decor up to date may benefit for future fianancial areas. Better coffee and tea making facilities within rooms. Tv reception not very clear but was out and about most of the days. |

The hotel was really nice. Lovely location, helpful staff, good breakfast. The room was very nice and clean. There was no lift but we had a room on !st floor so that was not a big deal. |
