Before we went to London I spent days looking for a good hotel for our family to stay in ... most of them were very overpriced ... but then I found this hotel: * the price - was quite good for a clean and very comfortable hotel * to tube station - only few steps away from the hotel! * the location - you take the jubilee line one stop to wembley park and from there staying on the same platform change to the metropolitan line that takes you in an express time into central london!! * room quality - reading previous reviews - I asked for rooms in the back of the hotel as we wanted to sleep in a quiet atmosphere; the front of the hotel is facing a quite busy street, but some of my family members actually wanted to stay in a room looking at the busy road in front of the windows ... so it depends from you, what you looking for :) * breakfast included - continental breakfast - as we stayed for a few days it got a bit boring as we were getting all the time the same - a bit of a change wouldn't hurt, but overall the breakfast was good * nearby grocery stores - tesco express, on the other side of the road, aldi - close to it as well - so if the breakfast is not enough for you - there are plenty of shops were you can get something for a quite good price * coffe/tea in your hotel - there is a kettle in each room, with tea bags/coffee, sugar and milk - which we found quite useful *overall a great stay - if you are not a millionaire, but still want to stay in a good hotel in london with comfortable/clean rooms - this is a hotel I can recommend to you! :)

This is the most friendly and welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in either in Great Britain or anywhere else in the world. The level of service offered is amazing. The hotel is totally spotless and there was a great choice for the Continental breakfast, which started nice and early at 7am. Both the owners and all the staff I met were lovely and I really felt as if I were staying with my best friends and not in a hotel. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, especially the rooms and very spacious. There was myself and my two eldest boys (18 and 16) staying in the triple room and there was plenty of space and the beds were so comfortable. We were down for the cup final at wembley so the location is perfect, 5 mins in a taxi only £7 (set fare), tube wanted £8.40 return each and itn was only 1 stop !!!!. Wetherspoons just over the road £1.99 a pint for lager or bitter, happy days. Will defo go to Kingsland hotel the next time were at wembley Nothing lovely hotel

As I was visiting London City Centre and travelling from The Midlands this was an ideal place to stay. Take exit 4 off the m1 and it is a 15min drive to The Kingsland Hotel which is 5min walk from the tube and a 30min ride to central London. Ample parking at the hotel, very comfortable rooms with flat screen tv, tea/coffee making facilities and free wifi. Reasonable continental breakfast. The staff were pleasant and helpful.Great price. All in all an excellent hotel highly recommended. Try it you won't be disappointed!

The location for the tube was very good and the staff were very helpful with all our queries. The breakfast buffet was poor and there was no English breakfast option, also the dining area was so small we took our breakfast to our room.

Kingland is a comfortable, clean, friendly hotel within very easy reach of the underground and shopping centre. Parking was not a problem. I would book again. Although the dining area was modern, clean and bright it was too small and often people were waiting for seating. Our last morning there, due to time restrictions, we were obliged to eat out. The food, however, was adequate and fresh. This would not stop me from re-booking.

Polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Biggest problem was the lack of double glazing, which , due to its location, meant we were frequently woken during the night with traffic, and even voice, noise.

An uncomplicated deal, warm, safe, clean room and the most helpful and friendly staff. It was a pleasure to be a customer and I had several really genuine and interesting conversations with the people working there. Whoever is responsible for the service level and strategy is absolutely spot on and this sort of hotel will survive. It is now the normal choice for my company in North London and that of my staff. I also recommended the company to another business colleague and he stayed as well.
