Before we went to London I spent days looking for a good hotel for our family to stay in ... most of them were very overpriced ... but then I found this hotel: * the price - was quite good for a clean and very comfortable hotel * to tube station - only few steps away from the hotel! * the location - you take the jubilee line one stop to wembley park and from there staying on the same platform change to the metropolitan line that takes you in an express time into central london!! * room quality - reading previous reviews - I asked for rooms in the back of the hotel as we wanted to sleep in a quiet atmosphere; the front of the hotel is facing a quite busy street, but some of my family members actually wanted to stay in a room looking at the busy road in front of the windows ... so it depends from you, what you looking for :) * breakfast included - continental breakfast - as we stayed for a few days it got a bit boring as we were getting all the time the same - a bit of a change wouldn't hurt, but overall the breakfast was good * nearby grocery stores - tesco express, on the other side of the road, aldi - close to it as well - so if the breakfast is not enough for you - there are plenty of shops were you can get something for a quite good price * coffe/tea in your hotel - there is a kettle in each room, with tea bags/coffee, sugar and milk - which we found quite useful *overall a great stay - if you are not a millionaire, but still want to stay in a good hotel in london with comfortable/clean rooms - this is a hotel I can recommend to you! :)

a supreb place to stay for visiting wembley or the city, just a short trip by tube for either .clean comfortable and well priced, very pleasant helpful staff.I couldnt have asked for much more from our stay. being located on a busy roundabout causes a slight problem with noise from the traffic . investing in double glazing would make a huge difference.

Initially the location. I was very relieved to see the actual hotel was a true reflection of the exterior and interior photos on their website. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated extremely well and was in character with the building. The windows actually opened which is amazing!!! We were upgraded from a triple to a family room. The kids loved the wifi and the sweets in reception! We will definitely use Kingsland again and will highly recommend it to family and friends. Thank you. There was nothing we didn't like about Kingsland - the only comment would be that the kettle in room 301 was very temperamental and meant you had to hold your finger on the button for it to boil (albeit it did boil very quickly) and the tv in room 301 picked up very few channels (not a problem for us but for the kids).

It was coveniently located for access to Wembley Stadium and City of London via the Underground and it was outside the congestion charge area and had free parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was good. It was located on a major traffic roundabout and thoroughfare and the traffic noise and pedestrian noise went on until a late hour. Obviously this is out of the control of the hotel but it was an irritant.

Clean hotel in a convenient location for transport to central London. We booked a de luxe double room but were given a family room on the 3rd floor without an explanation. Heating in our bedroom was inadequate and the bed felt cold and damp.

Near to tube station, easy access to london centre. Clean and tidy hotel. Good breakfast served. Was near a busy main road/roundabout but requested a room to the back and this was fine.

Free parking, helpful staff, good price for comfortable and basic facillities, conveniently near to tube station. Just what we needed. Bathroom didn't have a window and didn't smell very nice! Didn't really both us for our purposes tho. ;-)

Hotel perfect for an overnight stay after visiting concert at Wembley stadium. Swift check in by knowledgable friendly staff. Opposite Nandos restaurant for a safe know what you are getting meal and 100m from underground which is one stop from wembley. Free onsite parking and very clean comfortable room. Basic breakfast but included in the price with friendly staff keeping breakfast room very clean. Free chilled water machine in reception a nice touch. Can't fault hotel if you are just looking for a no facilites clean friendly place to say. Kingsbury where it is located has nothing of interest and hotel has no outside space or hotel space to sit other than your room.

close to tube; friendly and helpful staff, adequate rooms Sleeping was difficult Hotel situated by roundabout on a main rd so it was quite noisy all night .... no double glazing or sound proofing! . We scratched our arms on toilet roll holder where shower room was so small. The water from washing our faces went over the floor as the bathroom facilities are so small!

Very close to the Underground station Kingsbury on the Jubilee Line. Perfect as we were visiting Wembley & this was 1 stop from the hotel. Comfortable and very clean. It was a little noisey as the hotel is located on a roundabout but nothing that we couldnt handle.

Hotel location great for Wembley, and was immaculately clean. However, no double glazing and on a busy roundabout made sleeping quite difficult!

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and well equipped room. Free Wifi access. Close to Tube station. Wake up call didn't happen- luckily I set my alarm just in case. Breakfast isn't very pleasant- cheapest pre-packaged pastries. Bathroom was tiny but functional.

Reasonable location, a couple of minutes away from the tube with a Tesco Express and Nandos opposite. Free wifi was good. TV was freeview. Nice big corner room with 4 windows (single glazed). I booked a "Deluxe Single Room" which turned out to be a twin room rather than a double. Didn't bother complaining as this was still ok for me. Slightly strange smell in the shower/WC and although it had been cleaned there was still spots of grime on the bathmat and toilet. Quite noisy outside at night with emergency vehicles.

Very good location, less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. Nice area with some lovely quiet pubs and Nandos is right beside it. The hotel is also very clean and well kept. The hotel has only single glaze windows which leaves it very noisy. This added to uncomfortable beds means it's hard to get a good nights sleep. The WiFi is poor in the rooms and the satellite TV mentioned only included about 6 stations.

“It was a pleasure staying in a Hotel where everything worked well. There was no damage to any of the tiles in the bathroom and the hot water was plentiful, unlike other hotels that we have stayed in. Our juniour suite was fabulous with panoramic views of London city. The mini bar was fully stocked and the whole experience was thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.” Nigel, Hereford |
