The room and bathroom were excellent, v.clean and so comfortable. Bathroom was fab!
Room service was disappointing. Chips over-cooked and disappointing cheese board for a 4* establishment.
Loved the staff and food
Nothing reLly quite liked it all
The room in the Kingsclub was excellent. Very well appointed and great for business. All the staff were excellent from the porter who helped with my luggage to the room service steward.
The staff attention and friendliness. Everything was perfect.
Hotel is very central with lots of parking. Spacious room. Staff great and breakfast ample.
Toilet was a bit dated and tatty (had to phone reception about the toilet not flushing). Left over notes from previous guest found in room. Lack of free wi-fi is a pain and these days unacceptable.
Reception staff and leisure staff were excellent and couldn't be more helpful....
Ecellent Spacious with good atmosphere, great food & facilities
Close to the centre of town, 10/15 mins walk.
I think the place was excellent. I liked everything about it.
Bed and shower
the quality of our room
we were not informed when booking a table for two at check in that the a la carte menu was not available to us!
I really enjoyed the swimming pool and are room in the Hotel bed was really comfortable.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Booked relatively late and due to a major conference in area could only get a twin room online. I requested a double if one became available and on booking in was delighted to find that this had been organised. Room was very comfortable with everything I needed including free wifi that was about 5 times faster than at home!
If I'm being picky, the prices in bar, lounge and restaurant were a little higher than I would have normally paid, although the standard of the food was excellent.
We liked everything about this hotel. The staff were smiling, polite and helpful. The room was huge with a bed big enough to sleep 4 people in comfort!! You could close off the room with double glass doors. The large heated bathroom had a separate bath and shower compartment. Gardens to die for.
breakfast was efficiantly done
evening meal, portions could have been larger . especially the puddings
Friendly staff, comfortable bed and the room was great. Food was amazing would defo book to stay again
The fact that I had to leave to come home.
Room, food, location, breakfast and staff.
Good location, good staff
Wifi not very good, kept dropping out
The leisure facilities were good, very comfortable rooms excellent breakfast, would definitely return
It was friendly welcome
Room was a disappointment as we were put in a disabled room which we are not disabled also the bed was 2 single beds pushed together and not a super kingsize bed that we paid for the entertainment at night was also very boring more suited for people about 80 years old
Everything was excellent from a comfort and service point.
Function on Saturday night in the lower ground floor all we could hear in our room wes a Du, Du, Du and we were on the second floor also they have to rethink there WiFi as in this day and age it should be included free with the room not used as an extra money making exersize.
Hotel room and Breakfast
Pool needs a bit of modernisation. Poor sauna
The staff were amazing and really friendly. Good value for money and would definitely go back. All round best hotel by far. X
Comfortable bed and nice meal in the restaurant very efficient and friendly reception staff
Having to pay for wifi in the room when you've allready paid a handsome room rate leaves a very sour taste The hot buffet eggs don't work like rubber also for the price you pay you shouldn't be making your own toast that apart breakfast was first class
Love the location.
Our bed had a spine down the middle of the mattress making it very uncomfortable. The heating when on was very noisy epically when trying to sleep.
