The Demi suite was pure luxury, from the beds which were like marshmallows to the bathroom which defnitely had the wow factor. Lovely welcome treats.
The room looked onto a busy road so was a little bit noisy.
Cost of internet access in the rooms.
As always the staff were friendly and helpful. Graham in the bar/restaurant excellent as ever. He even remembers our name for the last five years of visits. Clean comfortable surroundings with a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
There was nothing to dislike
Relaxing stay. Lovely swim and steam. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Large bedroom.
Location Good breakfast
Paying for wifi Over priced for what it is
The kind, helpful and friendly staff and the superb nights sleep. I also liked the breakfast and the pool. In fact it was all perfect.
Access to gym/pool; staff very helpful; lovely premises; room great
Dinner service appeared to focus on service rather than food quantity / quality. Had a hoped for slightly better.
There was a very pleasant atmosphere ,friendly staff . The breakfast had a good selection . Our room was large and quiet.
We had no dislikes
Everything and everyone and very clean
The garden rooms were great as we had our Labrador with us
poor advice about breakfast
Prices were steep in the bar and restaurant.
We were made to feel so welcome and special. The staff went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The facilities are second to none as was our suite of rooms.
Very friendly reception staff and we had a beautiful room in the spa complex.
Pool was nice
A little expensive
Lovely hotel Good food Nice relaxing bath with the crabtree&evyln products
There was a noise from a boiler or air conditioning in the middle of the night went on all night I couldnt sleep.
What I would expect from a 4* hotel but with excellent attention from front of house staff
clean and comfortable
little bit pricey
There was smell in the room from the swimming pool. The cost of in room wifi was very high while paying in excess of £130 for the night without breakfast.
The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Staff were friendly and helpful
Staff very busy at breakfast -may be needed a few more staff
Location very good, room was nice and clean, staff were very helpfull.
Room 009, view was terrible. Noise from the ducting and machinery outside the window was really bad. £240 room only, with these issues, was really dissapointing. Sorry,
Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and the room was clean.
Slight difficulty in ordering gluten free lunch but no problems with the evening meal.
Excellent Hotel, all we need to keep our 3 year old daughter occupied. Great public park across the road from the hotel better than anything I have seen in Aberdeen. Swimming pool the perfect size to keep her busy. could be on the small size for older children. Spa shower facilities could be doing with a little updating in line with the excellent décor of the rest of the hotel. Our room was in the new part of the hotel and you could smell it was new. great family room and great value for money. Shower was great.
Lovely location and great hotel. Room was lovely, spacious and very clean throughout. Reception was brilliant with a wee complimentary shnifter of malt whiskey while we checked in. Excellent touch. Would definitely recommend the Kingsmill to friends and family.
Wifi access in room was poor & after buying a 24hr pass found out it was for one device only. Getting online was a little tricky at first but managed it. Was given another code for another device free of charge my the excellent reception staff.
location and service
Internet cost 10 pounds and is very bad. Te problem is not the cost, is the queality
