Gluten free bread as an option. Lovely breakfast choices.
Banging room doors. Thin walls in new wing. Pressure to dine in one of the restaurants without being told of the lounge bar option. Room given was far from the leisure facilities.
Large car park, great breakfast, very helpful, pleasant staff. Easy to check in and out. A good location to explore the area, access to trunk roads easy. Decoration very good, bathroom modern very clean and functional.
Unfortunately, some children a bit unruly. Banging doors. Parents to blame, not staff. Bathroom hand basin great to look at but not functional ( very small criticism )
Room was excellent, clean, stylish and lovely bathroom with perfect shower. Staff were helpful and dinner in main restaurant excellent.
I had booked a room with a terrace overlooking the garden. On arrival this was not available to me and instead was offered a room on the first floor with a balcony. I suspect they had a block booking and had given these rooms to other guests. There is no point in being able to choose your room for the hotel staff to then just change this without informing you in advance. Our room was overlooking a busy road which was noisy even during the night. Otherwise, nice room. Herbal teas would be nice to be included with coffee etc.
Relaxed atmosphere. Good for children
Menu could have been better
The whole hotel was lovely. The food was excellent, and the bed was so comfortable, wish I could fit one that size in my house. A really enjoyable stay.
Location, comfort and friendly staff. Choice of table d,note or a larger carte menu, although main course choice could have been wider.
The hotel is smoker friendly although there are sadly no longer any rooms for smokers.
I cannot fault this hotel ,which is very annoying!
The family room was very nice and big.
Changing rooms at pool could of been a bit cleaner!
hair in bed and stain on mattress
Everyone was so cheerful and Helpful. They recommend pubs and travel sites. Thanks for making our vacation special.
The conservancy was under staffed but very nice.
quite and comfort of the rooms in the new building of the hotel
impersonal hotel location of the breakfast in the entrance of the hotel
I liked the surroundings ,the comfort and the customer service I received from the staff I spoke with was excellent.Great location to see Inverness, not too far from city centre but far enough away for relaxation ( if needed) .
On this visit ..I really can't fault anything.
Having to pay for wifi above and beyond the inflated room charge is criminal. Even so, we had no wifi signal in the rooms so even paying would not have worked. Room faced court yard where the noise from part goers kept us up until 1:00 am
Good breakfast, nice friendly staff
Mold in the bathroom, single beds when asked for king size, extra items billed into the room.
I asked for a ground floor room when booking and did not get one. Bar and restaurant expensive.
It was our wedding aniversary and we could not fault the hotel staff in any way, our stay, our stay was spoiled by the meal we had in the resturant not as good as advertised for the quality of the hotel. We will return for another stay but not to eat
very comfortable bed
food and service was excellent Staff were helpful and always polite Room was very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean great facilities on and near site
couldn't find anything to dislike, would stay again
rate for standard room is higher than the quality of room ...
Room a bit dated.
Friendly & comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms and pet-friendly. Good facilities if travelling with a dog.
Exceedingly busy lounges in the evening.
Spacious room, nice and quiet. Pleasant staff. Clean room
Bathroom had toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Soap holder in shower was also half hanging off. Toiletries supplied by hotel minimal. (bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner Tea and coffee refreshments in room, minimal. All of the above extremely poor considering Kingsmills is a 4 start hotel.
My husband and I choose the Kingsmills for a one night stay to 'get away from it all!'. The staff were extremely nice, the hotel is of a good standard and the food was lovely. We would recommend this hotel.
I felt the pool was a bit tired looking as was our bathroom in our room. Other than that everything was fine.
The Demi suite was pure luxury, from the beds which were like marshmallows to the bathroom which defnitely had the wow factor. Lovely welcome treats.
The room looked onto a busy road so was a little bit noisy.
Cost of internet access in the rooms.
