Breakfast was awesome.. plenty to choose from and was tasty!!! Was there for a Highland Hospice function previous evening and tapas buffet was really good as well.. Nice function room, plenty room and bar available in function room itself:)
Hotel was lovely. Nice big room and spotless facilities. Beautiful setting and handy for the town centre.
Hotel was very busy with lots of functions on. Our meal in the restaurant was somewhat disorganised as a result. Got offered one starter, and was given another! Bill was also wrong but changed immediately once pointed out
Lovely building and surrounding grounds where you can exercise your dog. Great to have such a pet friendly hotel. Lovely comfortable beds and spacious bathroom.
Additional charge if wanting to use internet in bedrooms. Can get voucher for half an hour but it didn't work in the room I stayed in.
Bed very comfortable room spacious good location
two out of three lights broken in ceiling meal very average and over priced
Loved the room and the facilities
Food could be better
This hotel has parking and is the right side of town for the airport
The very off hand reception women. The poor quality breakfast in my room. The cost of wifi in my room.
Rooms were well appointed. location good for walking into Inverness
Buffet Breakfast plates for hot food were luke warm at best
Due to a function being held on the floor below us , the noise was terrible , our 7 yr old could not get to sleep until after 1am. We were given earplugs , but that had no effect . If we had been made aware of the party beforehand we would have booked elsewhere.
Fantastic happy attentive staff that can’t do enough for their guests. Great rooms and facilities.
Excellent welcome from staff, stunning room with comfy beds and spotless bathroom, fresh cooked breakfast served with a smile both mornings
Friendly and welcoming staff
Evening meal - superb. Friendly and welcoming staff.
lacked a "real fire"
Couldn't fault a thing, staff friendly & helpful. Bed as comfortable as my own & fantastic rain shower. Brilliant breakfast selection, I can recommend the eggs benedict. Great location & plenty parking.
Going home :-(
Food and staff were excellent
Bed was to soft for me.
Warm, friendly, good service, great facilities and location.
Breakfast, get your own toast, cold plates for buffet style breakfast.
In a four star hotel, having my breakfast go cold while I queued up to wrestle with the vagaries of the self service toast maker.
Enjoyed the pleasant service for our evening meal. Such wonderful young people. Food in the dining room was very good. Very handy for walking into town.
Can't criticise a thing. Everyone was working so hard to make it a pleasant experience.
Everything, service, quality of food in restaurant was excaellent. Location just a short walk to town centre, ideal and we will definitely be back for another visit
Nothing wrong, everything was good
Good, comfortable hotel
Make sure you get a room to the back of the hotel. Very noisy at the front.
Everything in the hotel were exceptional. Very nice n comfortable room. There was no fault we could find. Their services were exceptional. Top rating
The advertised free wi-fi in the rooms but it turns out it was only for 30 minutes of free wi fi. The location was far from town and the restaurant was very expensive!
We stayed in the separate building after getting an upgrade to a Retreat room. The room was beautiful with a lovely little patio area overlooking the golf course. The staff were very helpful and the food was gorgeous. We even got a glass of malt on our arrival I was amazed that the food and drink were so reasonably priced. All in all we had a lovely time, the staff in particular should get a special mention for their friendliness. We'll be back soon.
There were absolutely no negatives
Excellent location for touring and sight seeing. Hotel facilities more than fit the bill as a city break. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Booked 3 nights here after a disasterous week at the Thistle hotel up the road. This hotel is absolutely fabulous- amazing food, amazing rooms (I was upgraded to the newer Kings Club) and amazing breakfast. I have booked to go back in three weeks time for work and will be staying here every time I come to inverness.
Very and prompt service. Good food.
The disabled bathroom was not cleaned once during the stay. The paper basket was not emptied daily.
