I particularly liked the location and the space available to park cars. The interior was tastefully decorated, spacious bedrooms and very attentive and pleasant staff. In general the food was good. I would suggest you might consider changing your meatsupplier as we found the steak was very tough. |

Friendly staff, nice and clean. food very good and nice wine list.My wife had beauty treatment in the salon and said it was one of the best she has had and great value for money. Our room safe was not working. we enquired and were told all rooms safes were not working, all safes which seems rather strange. Asked when they would be working we were told they dont know. advertised cigarettes / cigars in room info pack to be purchased from bar. When I enquired was told they do not stock cigars but I could get cigarettes from machine in reception. I do not smoke cigarettes. For 2 people in room 1 small bar of soap is not enough. |

The hotel looked lovely and it had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the bar area where we enjoyed a drink before retiring, the staff were friendly within the bar area. yes - we were put into a smoking room, and had to speak to the manager as she wanted us to pay an extra £20.00 for the other king size room available - which was not an option for us - we would have just left - but she then gave us the other room without the £20.00 charge - but it was not an enjoyable experience. |

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient and really went out of their way to make one feel at home. Every effort was made to ensure our stay was perfect The prices in the bistro (we didn't eat in the restaurant) are a bit on the steep side - £8.25 for a glass of wine and no main courses under about £11 (most were £14-£15). It would be much better if they had a couple of choices around £8.95 and a small range of good inexpensive house wines |

Our room was below another with very creaky floorboards and an insomniac occupant who walked to and fro all night. |

Great room, excellent food, and friendly staff. Good location near to Inverness city centre, in a quiet residential area. I asked for a superior quiet room with a nice view and was given a room overlooking a road and car park. However the staff did manage to change the room with no problem, although it was downgraded to a standard room.. |

Following extensive refurbishment throughout, this secluded Georgian country house is now the epitome of chic country living, standing within 6 acres of private gardens and woodlands. |
Completely refurbished, this grand hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, yet on the quiet side of the river, with splendid views of the River Ness and Inverness Castle. |
This modern, fresh hotel in Inverness city centre is a 10-minute drive from Loch Ness. Rooms are bright, colourful, and have power showers. There is free Wi-Fi in public areas. |
With a superb setting on the banks of the River Ness, right in the heart of the city, the hotel has an ideal location for business and leisure guests. |
