Whole atmosphere of hotel welcoming, friendly and relaxed.Food in restaurant excellent and very good value.Staff very attentive and friendly without being overbearing Room, although lovely was one of older rooms and a little tired looking-know the newer rooms at same price far more luxurious-this is the only gripe-not deluxe as expected, especially as it was our silver wedding.Guess booking through the Hotel might have given us a better room? |

Very attentive staff, friendly. The room I was in was had the central heating vents outside my window - very noisy, good not leave the window open, ruined the view and spoiled my comfort. I will recommend but I personally would need a different room before agreeing to stay again. |

The comfortable room, the friendly staff. Location was quiet yet convenient to town centre. Do not like buffet breakfasts but this one was better than most, I have to say. |

Nice quiet location, even though there were two weddings on over the weekend we were there, there was no noise to speak of. Room was not ready at 3.30pm for us to check in. Given different room. Table service at dinner was awful. Sat for over an hour before staff told us they had "lost" our order. Dinner came, was somebody else's order - eventually got dinner two hours later.......... |

Staff were friendly, room was large and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Our stay was very short but I would choose this hotel for a longer stay in Inverness. |

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Restaurant food was dreadful, poor qulity and badly cooked. Most of the diners were complaining about the standard of cooking. The morning buffet breakfast was organised for the benifit of the staff rather than the diners. Everything was at the quite a long way from the dinning area and had to keep wandering up and down the room if wanted anything, completely chaotic and the staff were unhelpul. |

They have a really nice pool that is warm. The restaurant was excellent. A great selection and extremely accomodating for our food preferences. Lots of comfy couches in lobby to relax and enjoy drinks and/or snacks. Lots of free parking. The rooms were very spacious and beds were comfy with lots of pillows. A short drive to the main shopping area. |

Room clean and comfortable. Convenient to major road networks Lack of air-conditioning in bedroom. Having to pay for WiFi as a residential guest. One dinner disappoined due to vegetables apparently not being sufficiently defrosted before being deep fried. Elevator broken and not operational all weekend. |

I have travelled quite extensively and have never found such friendly and helpful staff anywhere. I also appreciated the cleanliness, warmth and comfort. Ease of parking was another plus. |
