quality of sleeping facilities, breakfast menu, helpfulness of staff.

My heater did not work
They happily offered us a different room when we complained about road noise and size of room and bath room. Second room wa smuch better and just about worth the money we paid. The location was quite handy (10min from nearest tube station, and with car parking an ok option when you travel form anywhere along the M1)
They put us in a tiny room that should only have been a single, and the bathroom was far too small, too (the room we got for the 2nd and 3rd night wa smuch better). The breakfast was pretty poor, and staff quite rude. The ground floor smelt of damp. Overall I had the impression we paid too much for what we got.
its potential when work finished
narrow stairs, door banging no padding,
Nothing in particular
It smells of poo, Breakfast was not a proper English breakfast, Hairs in the shower,
Narrow stairs, No bar or restaurant, limited options for breakfast.3 days out of 6 had to ask for towels .As there is no aircon had to have windows open at night which meant being constantly being woken up by traffic. Will not us this hotel again
East access to tube, parking at hotel. Cheap family stop over for a couple of days sightseeing in London.
Nice and friendly staff, very decent rooms compared to other London hotels in the Price range. Good location approx. 15 mins walk from the underground station and free parking.
Under refurbishment, which we weren't told about in advance. But they still offered decent value for money.
Didn't like being put in a room next to a passage way were I was kept awake most of the night by roosting pigeons not very nice
I like the awful dump smell inside hotel room and hotel, I like the dirty rooms, I like the hot steamy room, I like the noise inside my room from windows
A to Z all was big 0 worth for nothing
Location for us was good.
We could only use one side of the bed as the other side was tight up against the window, not very nice as you get older. The shower was very poor and the whole room was very tired. The television would not stay straight on the wall, very frustrating when trying to watch tv.
Very near to transport links and to many restaurants
Rooms too small and no free wifi
No free wife, the staircase is so steep, very hard if bringing big lugages.
Free breakfast made the stay a very good value for money.
Overall it was good . This question doesn't apply for this hotel
No TV. No Towels. No opener Windows. (33c) Shower Scolding HOT. Buffet Breakfast, Cerial and tuna...
Good location, decent breakfast, adequate room.
Shabby, musty hallways.
Good value and quite close to the tube station.
The rooms were clean and comfortable however the rest of the hotel wasn't quite at the same level.
It's our 5th visit to this hotel, good cheap accommodation close to tube / access to London centre. 5 mins from the end of the M1 so no commuting by car across London, which is a big plus, and plenty of parking spaces at the hotel.
Didnt change bedding. Attitude and General politiness of staff. Breakfast was awful. General Cleaniness very poor.
Staff was excellent and helpful.. I should really thank..
Pigeons at the backyard were terrible.. :) a natural alarm clock.. :)
Room had clear damp on walls. Stayed for 5 days so was relatively expensive for what it was. Very basic. Didn't experience the breakfast as I had to travel to work before 7:30 when it was open. TV was temperamental.
There was nothing good about this hotel.
