I stayed there about 2 years ago and returned now The bathrooms look like they were recently renovated to a high standard even if they are a little small. The room now has flat screen TV. As the hotel is located in the heart of Golders Green , a Jewish neighborhood in North London and has a Kosher restaurant it is ideal for the Jewish, Kosher traveller. The hotel is not luxurious by any means but clean, comfortable, ideally located and a very good value. There is no elevator so try to get a room on the ground floor |

Clean room Poor reception, noisy rooms, the hotel is hardly meeting the standards, the staff has no idea about hospitality or working in a hotel, they looked like ordinary people given the wrong job. definitely has nothing to do with the 3 stars given by bookings.com |

The hotel is unpretentious. It is clean and offers good value for money. You are not paying for the Ritz Carlton so lower your expectations. Decent people. Nice breakfast. Some rooms are small and uncomfortable and noise does tend to travel. |

I liked because there's good parking spaces and it is close to most of things that one want to do. Yes they was tree thing that I dint like one was that you after make you own coffee for breakfast, and the other it was to nosy the first knight I could sleep. And that was very annoying, the other the staff in the dinner room, not very helpful. |

Nice room. Hard to find the room and direction there was same to none - took awhile to find it. You can hear everything between rooms, you can even hear the pegions outside. The heating in the room is little, can get very very cold. |

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful A lot of what the hotel advertises is not so i.e. the internet in every room. Most of the guests had t use the internt in the lobby and it was quite slow and kept going offline. The bathroo door did not close. |

Close to the Northern Line, good value for money, located in Golders Green, wich is a beautiful zone. It is quite too noisy in the night cause of the road just in front of some rooms |

I enjoyed the proximity to and abundance of public transport, especially to Wembley Stadium and the 24 hr stores nearby. The hotel room was dirty. There was hair on the carpet and lots of dust under the bed. The coffee cups were dirty and the kettle had rust in it. There were hotel towels on the floor in the hallway. |

no lampshades or plugs for sinks in room / room stank of paint / bedding & towels not clean / bedding didn't fit the bed / dirty & ripped plastic around the bed base / broken frame to mirror in bedroom and big black dirty marks on the wall around mirror in bathroom /carpet covered in bits & looked liked it hadn't been hoovered for weeks. When I complained & said I wouldn't stay the 2nd night I had booked they didn't seem bothered and said I should have compained earlier and it wasn't their fault! |

The location and the fact that the staff were happy for us to leave the car intheir car park, even after we'd checked out. The rooms were smelly, due i think to the carpet that ran throughout the hotel. The fan wouldn't work and the bathroom towel rail was broken. The beds were dreadful, not proper ones but put-u-up ones that you'd use in an emergency. The breakfast wasn't very nice but I suppose it was ok for the price. You get what you pay for! |

The bed was actually pretty comfy but the downsides very strongly outweigh the comfy bed. The Room was very small, dirty and the staff was quite unhelpful. The hotel is owned by jewish people which shouldn't matter but the hotel is quite clearly affected by this fact. One example is that the staff will not serve breakfast on Saturdays because they cannot use electricity (according to jewish law). Also toilets in the hotel did not work and wireless in the rooms did not work (which was promised from booking.com) |
