При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается GBP 10,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается GBP 10,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

The size of the room. The helpfulness of the staff, in particular the breakfast staff. The doors looked a bit battered, as if there had been some slightly dodgy guests in the past. A little unnerving. |

The Hotel was in a great position. The executive room was excellent and very good value for money. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast was included which was a bonus. Our stay was very enjoyable and I would not hesitate to recomend the Hotel. |

The welcome was friendly and the staff were very helpful. It was all much less impersonal than the larger hotels would have been. My room (number 10) had a staircase immediately above. The footfall of people going up and down stairs could clearly be heard. Light sleepers would have been disturbed by this. |

The function being at the hotel so we didn't have to travel further, friendly/helpful staff and huge room. Really lovely, thank you! The noisy fridge in the room and limited milk supplies! |

I like its convenience, serenity and easy access to the town centre As I was in the loft room it was not very comfortable because of the low ceiling my husband kept knocking his head on the ceiling, I even knocked mine on a couple of occasions but I am sure the other rooms were fine. I did not complain because I know this was the only room available when I booked and the price is cheap. I will recommend the hotel to friends but if they can secure another room. |

Our room was very large - it was one of the Victorian suites. The location was fairly central but quiet with a pretty garden square outside. Lots of good quality towels. The shower room was minute - so small the door had to open outward. Such a shame when the main room was overlarge really. No glasses in the bathroom.Breakfast wa so so standard English. I had to leave some of the sausage as it was too hard to cut! A shame there was no fish for breakfast when we were so close to the sea. Silk flowers - ugh. |

The room was large with a comfortable bed. Bath/shower was small and poor quality toiletries. Nice large tv but no ITV on my set which no one fixed. I stay in many hotels and found this one quite impersonal. I had a meal in the restaurant which was very good but their menu is vastly overpriced which could explain why it was empty. Quiet location in a nice square near the theatre but noisy residents and staff made working in the room difficult. |

The bed was very comfortable The room was up several flights of stairs and in a seperate buillding to the main part of the hotel, there appeared to be no fire escape for our room, we had to ask for tea, milk etc. , there were no glasses in the bathroom and the "enhanced toiletries" were very disappointing. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the hotel was in a lovely quiet square convenient walking distance to central Hull, we will stay again. The shower in our room could have been a little more powerful. |
