Staff. Bar and rooms
location pleasant helpful staff
no wi fi
The location of the hotel. The helpfulness and professionalismof the staff. The large beds.
The pricey breakfast if not included with room.
Hotel is central for most the theatres and galleries that we were able to walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Great en-suite bathroom.
Nothing everything was just great
Perfect location. Very clean nice room with large bed. Friendly staff
Small bathroom. Pillows too hard
Afternoon tea was fantastic and the restaurant is great value, we had room service and were surprised how cheap it was. The staff were very efficient and friendly even in the face of some rude and demanding customers we encountered in the lounge bar. The room itself was very comfortable and the location was perfect regardless of why you are visiting London.
We were a bit disappointed that both steam rooms appeared to be out of order on both days we were there and may have helped for reception to have let us know on arrival that the Jacuzzi was not working, although it was fixed by the following day.
The hotel is located just off Kingsway and very close to the theatres. If you choose not to eat in the hotel there are plenty of restaurants close by.
Location is fantastic Staff are very helpful Room was lovely Food was great
Couldn't open the window
Kingsway Hall Hotel should not be classified as a 4 star. The beds and pillows were very very hard, my adult children and myself woke up tired due to lack of sleep!!! I paid £1216.00 for two nights stay and they wanted to charge me and my children £10 each for 24 hours WiFi, I paid £2.50 for a coffee across the street and got free WiFi ??? I would highly recommend looking for a alternative hotel if you are staying in the Covent Garden area :)
I was impressed with everything from check in to check out.
Cost of breakfast for a 2 ye old at £15 was pricey but we are out.
This hotel is in a fantastic and very convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed linens were also lovely and very comfortable.
This hotel might be better suited to older travellers or families as it is very traditional in terms of decor and facilities and the in-room dining options very simple. Some of the fixtures also look like they might need some upgrading.
the service was very poor. I was even charged for an extra bed in the room for my 4year old son. I will never stay at this hotel again.
It is a lovely looking hotel friendly and comfortable.
The cost of the in room bar/fridge ridiculous prices. Does anyone buy them?
Excellent location just 5 mins from Convent Garden As always staff were lovely & very accommodating
No bar area this time as it had been taken over for more dining space I guess for the Christmas period so had to find alternatives for our pre-meal drinks
We've repeatedly tried to recover a valuable left behind, and continue to receive no response from the hotel. Very disappointed in this
The lobby and restaurant are generic, but the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom, while small, was very high end.
The hotel played host to several functions in its restaurant and meeting facilities. The noise from these events, which continued late into the evening, spilled over into the lodging areas, making it difficult to sleep a couple of nights.
The best hotel ( location and nice )
pillows being advised to come at 08.30 for breakfast. lack of bath robes
Location within London
5 TV channels. Five! What year is this?
Good location exactly what we were looking for
Staff on reception need customer service training.
