it was an average hotel not great but not bad - location was ok
Excellent, clean and friendly hotel, close to theatres and Covent Garden. Have stayed before and will use this hotel again.
Rooms were a good size for London. Concierge staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location.
The price of wifi - we accessed the internet outside the hotel. The afternoon tea was ordinary for the price.
Location was brilliant, easy to get around.
The staff were friendly and room was spotless.
The room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3pm. My husbands feet over hung the bed and he isn't a giant - only 6ft !
Excellent location for Covent Garden and theatres.
Breakfast was good Hotel in general felt nice Staff were good
Could not belive at that price that free WiFi was not available, very poor. Would not recommend on this point alone.
Location Staff Room very good
Five mins walk to the Royal Opera House. Five minutes to Holborn Tube. Lovely spacious room with king bed and air con, toiletries, proper bath, tea/coffee making facilities. 24 hour room service. All services one would expect without the price tag.
The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpfull. Ease of checkout with a Booking.com reservation.
Location and staff
4 star and £350 per night and no bath robe, rooms very tired looking and one of the worst built in hair dryers I've ever used....little things but they make a difference
Noisy air conditioning.
Location was fantastic! Very clean. Concierge (Jaime) could not have been more accommodating with all our needs/questions. You felt very welcome the minute you walked in the door.
Would nave been nice to have breakfast included...
Size and comfort of room
Doorman helped unpack my car and recommended a local car park. Room a good size and very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for theatres and west end of London.
The helpfulness of the staff - nothing was too much trouble. The fact that the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again - this year!
Only one thing - the eggs were quite raw at breakfast. But as they are cooked to order, next visit, I will just ask that they are cooked longer :-)
The location of this hotel is great! Walking distance to many attractions, and close to Tube station. Room was large enough with King size bed, very clean and quiet.
Wifi is not free at this hotel. For the price you will pay for a night, paying an extra £14.99 for 24hour access is not acceptable when similar hotels offer this service free for all guests.
Great location, helpful staff, good value.
A bit too "rules based". This any seem picky (sorry) but you can have extra pastries FOC with afternoon tea, but not an extra sandwich :-)
- location; - cleanliness
- tips in addition to the breakfast price included in the bill automatically; - no slippers & bathrobe in the room;
The staff are very helpful
Very good location close many theaters and bars Very helpful staff Good room
people were shuting the corridor doys all the time in the morning and we could hear that in the room.
Great bedroom, and great bed (no singles joined together) Great location Very Helpful staff
Why why why are we still having to pay for wifi in this day and age. Come on hotels, put it in the price if you have to,but don't sting us for a very cheap service
Didn't listen to requests Service charges added to everything
i liked the bed that was quiet and clean
I didn't like that the television has just a few free channels and that you have to pay for everything comparative to other 4 stars hotels from other countries.
Location is excellent, easy walk to enjoy evening at Covent Garden and shopping the next day! Executive double was very spacious and very quiet.
The breakfast is an extra charge but with all the coffee, cake and waffle places so near and cheaper it didn't really matter
