In London's Bloomsbury area, The Kingsley is a 4-minute walk from Holborn Underground Station. It has a striking Edwardian frontage, and combines both traditional and contemporary features.

Very handy for a number of tube stations, shops, pubs and restaurants.
What seems to have become an unfortunate trait in London of having a discretionary service charge added to everything - even a self-service breakfast.
The location was great. Staff was extremely helpful.
Excellent situation, staff very courteous and overall a pleasure to stay there
It's location and clean
The concierges were very friendly and helpful.
Was told because we booked through Booking.com free wifi was not available! Towels could have a few more threads. Hair dryer really needs replacing.
Some of the best staff I have ever come across, they couldn't do enough to help.
Lovely hotel - friendly and helpful
Bedding and bath towels rather tired - not luxurious - had definitely seen better days - quilt and pillows rather lumpy - no sheet under quilt - cheap detail easily fixable!!
Location was good, breakfast was very good value,we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and quiet.we thought the spa area downstairs was very nice touch.
The room looked a little tired and outdated, the pillows on the bed were very hard and could not get comfortable so didn't sleep to well.
Good location. Nice room
I think wifi should be included with the price of the room.
The location was excellent for what we needed
The towels were rather rough on the skin. The chain which attaches the flag outside to the building tapped against the wall all night which made it hard to sleep. The room looks bigger online.
Wifi not included, way too expensive per day. Breakfast not inviting,
Been going to London for years, this was by far the best located. Nice feel as soon as you arrive and the rooms are welcoming, not tacky like some well known names and well maintained too. Excellent bar service, but take plenty of money :)
There was a bit of noise outside until around 12:30 am due to nightlife, might have been a one off though as it did look like a school/uni ball as we walked back to hotel.
Clean hotel Nicely furnished rooms Good bathroom Comfortable beds Excellent temperature control/fan arrangements Perfect location for Covent Garden
I have stayed at the Kingsway Hall several times, and would have stayed more if it were not for the loud bangs the room doors make. I have written to the management in the past, but no change. It is virtually impossible to close the doors quietly, so sleep disturbed.
Bar, breakfast, bedroom and staff
Wifi not free and only about five TV channels
Location, good quality good staff..
The Wifi at the room was £14.00 and a surprise extra. The Shower water was lukewarm but bath water was hot. Some rubbish remained in room by previous customer but was hard to find.
I loved the location, and the rooms are a nice size for London. Staff were extremely professional.
Wi-Fi is not included, so was rather inconvenient
Room was pleasant and comfy
Staff entered our room twice without notice TV was of a poor quality/standard Room was overlooked by offices
Close to pubs and restaurants. Room size good, with comfortable bed. Close to underground.
Bar closed early, with no night service.
Location, quality, will always stay here when I go to uk, london
Why do they charge for wifi? I went to 4 countries from b&b to hotel and no changes and great service, why does this hotel cheapen itself, it's rude and crude to charge nowadays, get over it and make it free
The Location is very good. If you like walking - 20min walking distance to Trafalgar Square. If not Two minutes walking distance to underground Holborn Tube Station Central line. Having coffee/ tea in a room is very good. The staff is very helpful and nice.
The breakfast is tooo expensive. We didn't take it. You can have a breakfast in any small café near by for less than a half price. Near, I mean less than a minute or two walking.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Comfortable and very clean accommodation. Well situated hotel for our needs on this visit.
Would be helpful to have the option of including breakfast in the room charge.
Excellent location.....Staff were very accommodating and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I forgot to book a lower ground room as my mother is disabled but when I explained to the receptionist, they did not hesitate in relocating us to the first floor.
Very short supply of bathroom toiletries especially when two ladies sharing a room.
Wi-fi is not for free and the daily rate is too high
Location Friendly staff Large business rooms Nice furniture & decoration
Small toilet No shower Wifi is not free
Check in speedy and efficient. Staff very very helpful; nothing was too much trouble. Room was fabulous and location perfect. This hotel was an extremely pleasant surprise!
