Very clean, bed linen fresh, comfy bed, good breakfast efficiently served.
flicking light in hallway, television not working, extension lead hanging down the wall ,looking at previous reviews all these things have been reported before and it doesn,t look anything has been done to improve it
location. very close to paddington. about 5mins walk
the room is too small
Although we were sent to a hotel 2 doors up, it wasn't a problem, the hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable, breakfast very good, and so fast. basically you get what you pay for,I was very pleased with what we had, value for money, also was very easy to find, minutes for Paddington tube station.
we found it a bit of a struggle climbing up three flights of stairs, but with a rest on each level, not too bad, did get help with my very heavy case, but do not think that is usual..
The staff was really nice and the room was big and clean. The location was excellent and the price was fair for that room.
the toilet, really tiny
Good location, helpful staff, good breakfast, free wifi.
Too many stairs and no lift, but this is the same in most averaged priced hotels in Paddington.
Broken tiles in the bathroom and leak coming from ceiling light in the bathroom.
Very good free breakfast, excellent location.
Location, close to Paddington tube station
Too much to complain, room is small, bed sheets are not clean, next to busy street, very noisy. Anyway, will never choose here again.
Wonderful location walkable to Hyde Park, Oxford Street ect. Managed to park infront of the hotel which was great having a small child with us. Very friendly staff who were happy to help. Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Was very pleased with a good fridge in the room and the heater worked well so we came back to a cosy room in the evenings which was very quiet. Was exactly what we expected for a good price in Dec.
The lights in the hallways were very flickery not good for epeliptic people. Needed modernisation but was clean and comfortable. No lift so not ideal for pushchairs.
Breakfast was lovely Location good Staff brought us a beer and soft drink to our room for inconvenience Beds comfy and room clean Got what was excepted for price
No parking available even though we booked. Was told to park on a church but that was full also, vicar took pity on us and we parked in his garage!! Needs updating Owner didnt even look at us or ask how our stay was when checking out Guy in charge was polite
Location near train station and restaurants, also close to Oxford Street.
Room is very small, no elevator, limited variety of food for breakfast. Restaurant open from 07:30 hrs to 0930 hrs.
My room got upgraded to double instead of single. Fairly clean Location is very good
The reception doesn't look ptomising and in need of tidying up and cleaning. Many people setting in the rather small reception area foing no job realy. The card machine was not working and i had to ho out again to find a cash machine to pay for my stay There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom though it was clean.
Daily room cleaning-service was done well.
wifi is very weak or the is none. Wc is so small that you can not sit there right way
Single room is too small and therefore uncomfortable. The twin room seems the minimum size even for one person.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the bed is very comfortable, the location is good.
The bathroom could be more welcoming and the breakfast could have more options, like fruits and oat porridge.
A very friendly welcome and was offered complimentary drinks. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the breakfast sets you up for the day.
The bathroom was more like a ships cabin and the flashing lights on all of the landings, it could be classed as dangerous for some people
smelly room room without window small toilet damaged shower
The hotel was in a good location right by Paddington Station. There were a number of good pubs, restaurants/takeaways and convenience stores nearby. For the price I was pleased with the hotel. There was also a decent breakfast included in a nice room.
Shower was a bit small but ok. The tv aerial was faulty.
Very small underground room..not even in the same hotel but in bearby admiral hotel with no window but ceiling opening which doesn't enter air..unclean bathroom and breakfast starts 7:30 which was kind of late so i didn't catch it the day of my flight in other hotels starts from 6am usually
Location , value for money , decent breakfast included .
Could not turn heating down and room was very hot
We were promissed to have a bigger room, but in fact we lived in Admiral Hotel (next door). Bad poor off of water in the shower. Tiny room. The same breakfast every day - bread with jam and butter and english breakfast.
Location is perfect to visit various destinations across London. food was also good.
Rooms too cozy and small. bathroom was also not comfortable. heating was not working... some of the staff was bit rude...
Position was good, 200 meters from Metro Station.
Room was not well clean, same as bathroom and, more important, Shower. There's no elevator and the lightning on the staircase go up and down continuosly (very nervously).
An excellent receptionist who made us feel very welcome. A big well done to Kevin who was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to others. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Well maintained and clean place. Would definitely return.
