Very helpful and pleasant staff, could not do enough for you. Very pleasant for the price £95 for a triple room, much better than expected! Saw some bad reviews on this hotel but the bathroom was new and very nice as was the breakfast area and individual breakfast cooked to order which was lovely. Not sure what else people expect for there money. I was very impressed. |

Good location, clean room with decent breakfast in morning. Good wifi access. Slight smell of blocked drains in room on first night, but this seemed to go by second night: not clear what caused this. |

Location, spacious room (had a triple booked for 2). Breakfast service was quick. bathroom smelt, sometimes in the morning ther e was no warm water or no water at all in the shower. hotel could use some renovation. In order to pay with a credit card you had to pay an extra 5% fee, which was done in cash and was fairly odd. |

Nice introduction upon check in. Was given a pleasant Triple instead of a single. Comfortable stay. Wireless varied connection at times. |

The hotel has a good location near the Paddington station. I booked it only because of the location and because there were no rooms available in other neighbourhood hotels. I always like it when the hotel room has tea facilities and it was one of the few positive things about the room. The wifi coverage was ok. The room and the shower room are very, very small. There is no elevator in the hotel, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the last floor where all the single rooms are. I would advise to look for some other hotel in the vicinity, as there are plenty of them on Sussex Gardens street for a similar price. |

For location it was excellent. The breakfast staff were not nice and the television in the room did not work. |

The staff were really helpful, and the location excellent for city centre. It was great to have a full english breakfast included in the rate. Compared to other hotels in the category we thought it was good value. There were no tea and coffee sachets in one of our rooms but this was probably just an oversight. |

It is a nice quiet and modest hotel. However you could have a nice stay and have a very nice English breakfast. The hotel manager was extremely helpful like was the other personnel also. The room cleaning was extraordinary as was the changing clean towels. Obviously the room was too small. |

The hotel had fairly good facilities. It was close to Paddington station. Staff were friendly & helpful. The shower was good. Problems were addressed quickly but only after we'd spoken to staff about them. The breakfast was very poor and small. The toilet seat was broken on our arrival. There were no soaps, shower gels, shampoos etc. There was no alarm clock. The room smelled of mothballs. The top bedding, not the sheets but the cover & blanket were dirty. The large towel was removed but not replaced. |

the location is good the room was old fashioned and the bathroom was tiny, also, there is an Asian man who is a receptionist there, he doesn`t smile at all which makes it uncomfortable to me to communicate with him |

The receptionists were very helpful when we asked questions regarding sightseeing and planning. They also sold some tickets to tour sights which saved time and standing in lines. The room was very small and the beds were pretty hard. But, it was very clean and hardly spent any time in our room so it worked out well. |

The room was fine for a single night's stay. Breakfast was good and included in the price. The bathroom and shower was very small but it was perfectly adequate. |
