Good location and can't complain for the price.
The whole builiding is a very tired, decor is bad in places and the grouting in the bathroom was very poor.
attitude of the management. room was ready to check in. but management said if I check before 2 o'clock I have to pay extra 10 pounds for per hour.I Had to pay extra £20 for two hours early check in. This is redicolous.I had a business meting somewhere. before I go to meting I thought I will have some rest at my hotel room. but instead of rest they gave me more headech. I will never be in this hotel in my life
Good price for a perfect location and all that you could expect from an hotel in this category at this price. No complaints
Out of date and in need of a good clean. I would never stay there again.
Nancy is excellent, she was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She made the stay wonderful.
Clean and easy, no fuss.
Car park full, unable to use it. Loud (ish) music played in reception, bar and restaurant area, decided to go somewhere else to eat.
I liked the way we were greeted by the staff, the friendly but very efficient way the staff went out of their way to make things nice for us. We expect to be fairly regular visitors to Brighton and Worthing, so we will be booking Kingsway .again.
Everything we required was there, and it would be hard to find anything amiss.
Staff were very welcoming.
Veggie breakfast was just the standard breakfast with the meal left out. I will not have that again.
The hotel was just as expected, we opted for the additional expense of a sea view room, we weren't dissapointed. we woke up to a lovely sunrise. The promenade across the road was a lovely way to walk down to the pier and the circa 1911 Dome cinema. Breakfast was quick and a typical full english.
The bed was not too comfortable a newer more modern mattress would be great.
Good location friendly staff, clean room and bathroom
Good location. Nice helpful staff.
Breakfast is a bit expensive. No Wifi in rooms. Rooms are pretty basic and very small.
The location was excellent
We booked a seaview room but on arrival it was very windy and the window rattled and cold area was blowing through a gap between the top and bottom windows. We asked to change rooms because of the cold draught and disturbing noise. We were allocated a small double room and a discount was made but this was very disappointing. The place had a general feeling of needing some tlc but was otherwise clean and welcoming.
Wonderful receptionist, great view , comfortable beds.
Restaurant food dreadful. Dinner inedible!
staff are very friendly. Some bed are poor. you cannot sleep comfortable.
The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and dealt with your requests promptly.
Easy check in and convenient parking
Dated rooms breakfast extra
the staff were very helpful
the bed wasn't comfy
Very poor fitting window catch in room 39...draught and noise was terrible.
Staff very helpful and accommodating and bar area cosy. Location very good and very clean.
Shower not the best and a squeaky toilet sliding door. Furniture in room very old but functional. If driving be aware parking along the seafront may be difficult in summer but as we were only there one night in November it was not a problem.
good value and quality of breakfast. Very friendly bar staff.
Very old TV.Key to front door kept getting stuck in lock.Only enough milk and sugar for one cup of tea or coffee each.
Excellent location, seconds from the beach, quaint, friendly, clean
The room was contenuously unbearably warm, with no means to cool it down. This was not a big issue, but it was a little unpleasant
Staff were nice. Had sufficient facilities for one night stay.
Very loud voices at night. Noise from other rooms, downstairs in the kitchen and from corridors travelled very easily.
Room with sea view and car parking
Hotel needs a bit of TLC
The view and the lication.
The pressure in the shower was terrible
We stayed in the town house and it was close to all amenities. The welcome and booking in was OK. We had a evening meal there and the lady who served behind the bar and served our meal was excellent. The room was clean with everything we needed.
The TV wasnt working when we tried it on the morning of our departure. A bed side light wasn't working. There was no seal in the shower door so all the floor got wet. Basically could do with a refurbishment just to bring it up to par.
