Top Hotel.Would reccomend it 100%.We will be coming back for sure. Excellent couple, got time to chat to everyone even though they are so busy. Excellent breakfast and bedrooms really comfy.

Very friendly staff , we were made to feel welcome and hotel was in a good central location - our room was pleasant and breakfast was lovely - overall good value for money.

Not been here in over eight years, i was greeted like I left yesterday. Karen & Pete are brilliant, if it's home from home your after then look no further, Karen & Pete are like family to all who stay. This well run, clean, tidy hotel ticks all the boxes. From Petes home made one of a kind, world class mash, to Karens 100% time and effort. Nothing is ever too much A* hotel

The hotel owners were very friendly and welcoming and the room was spotless and cosy with everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh and we would have happily stayed longer. The room was great value for how close to the town center we were.

The location thats all The fact when I booked it said breakfast was included in the price but it turned out it wasnt and the hotel itself was very basic and old fashioned for the price was a rip off.

the staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and represented excellent value for money. supurb location for the Winter Gardens where we needed to be to watch a show. would definately stay there again, thank you!

The staff were friendly, there was always someone around to help. Breakfast was very nice and the rooms were nice and clean. Its in a good location if your taking kids only 2 mins from coral island and shops. Would love to stay there again.

I enjoyed the overall welcome I got. It was really lovely to be greated with a smile. The breakfast was really satisfying with a great choice. Would definitely book this hotel again 10/10.....

We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room which was clean and tidy with kettle and fridge. The proprietor and his wife were very friendly and chatty making us feel at home.
