This traditional 18th century coaching inn has been newly refurbished giving a more modern feel to the interior, it now boasts 9 newly refurbished rooms with private bathrooms. Our guests can enjoy the best of contemporary Scottish cuisine in either our restaurant or our bar. Alternatively, you can relax with a drink in our sunny beer garden. Kinross is the ideal location for all outdoor pursuits or just relaxing and enjoying the local scenery. We are centrally located for trips to St. Andrews, Gleneagles, Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee. A very nice 'boutique' accommodation. Excellent breakfast and meal in the restaurant. Used as an overnight stop-over between Manchester and Aberdeen.

The manager was so helpful with everything , nothing to much trouble , breakfast was very good and the room we had was great , and I would defiantly go again in fact booking for next year thank you to all the staff There wasn't anything I didn't like , to add what I'd like would be pure white bath robes as to chill out in , but everything else was mint

Good quality, modern rooms and high standard of service. Good, tasty breakfast both mornings we stayed. We prefer a larger bed than a double. However, it was a comfortable bed.

Smilling and warmfull staff Good food Vert clean rooms with all needed equipment. Excellent price The smell in the corridor. Sorry but i think carpets are tool old. All the rest was perfect

It really has been one of the best hotels we have visited. The staff were excellent in the service they provided and made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent and we felt very relaxed and comfortable during our stay. We will be staying at the kirklands hotel again as the experience overall was fantastic. We Honestly couldnt say anything that we didnt like about our stay. Everything we wanted in our stay was provided and we have no complaints.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are huge, lovely new bathrooms and very comfortable. The owners and staff make this a fantastic place to stay. They could not be more helpful and accommodating. Nice restaurant and breakfast! Nothing we didn't like!

As always the service provided by Anthony and Shona was first class. The meals are a real joy so praise must be given to the chef. The hotel is small and homely and I always receive the best of welcome and the best attention. I will be using the hotel time and time again and having come across Loch Leven for fishing my trips are really going to be more enjoyable Nothing springs to mind

Very hospitable host, friendly and attentive staff, amazing dinner and breakfast menu with fabulous food, lovely restaurant/bar area, cosy yet modern. Rooms are gorgeous, ample space, fantastic bathrooms, everything exceeded expectations, a gem of a hotel.

The staff were really friendly & helpful and took an interest in our reason for booking their hotel. The breakfast was amazing and it could not be faulted. They had thought of everything, down to the small serving dishes for sauces, butter etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The beds were really comfortable, the room was warm and well equipped. I would definitely stay again.
