This traditional 18th century coaching inn has been newly refurbished this year giving a more modern feel to the interior, it now boasts 9 newly refurbished en suite rooms.
Our guests can enjoy the best of contemporary Scottish cuisine in either our restaurant or our bar. Alternatively, you can relax with a drink in our sunny beer garden.
Kinross is the ideal location for all outdoor pursuits or just relaxing and enjoying the local scenery. We are centrally located for trips to St. Andrews, Gleneagles, Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee.

Kinross is situated just off the M90. To find The Kirklands Hotel, take junction 6 off the M90 and follow signs for Kinross. Continue straight through the 1st mini roundabout and at the 2nd roundabout take a left and the hotel is located on High Street on your left.
