The concierge was very helpful indeed and we really appreciated being given a map. The walk into the city is stunning - this place is so convenient! We had a wonderful little room with tea and coffee and a tv. The bed was very comfortable and we had a powerful and hot shower! Very pleased indeed with our stay. I would not have changed anything and I couldn't complain about a thing - that would only make me sound like a spoilt brat!

I chose it for good price and location, between downtown and business park. Close to spar for breakfast and several pubs near by. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very small room.

There are two properties - the one at the back (the modern one) is more distant from the main street and more quiet No breakfast included in the price

The fine details given by the greeter, his friendliness but yet professional way, the absolute immaculate room.... I didn't mind being on the top floor, but the pitch in the roof made it a bit more than cozy.....not good for someone more than my 100lb frame....

It is not like in the pictures I have seen. I was not expecting a Marriott, but the room is basically the bad and everything else is crowded around it. There is no room for luggage, so if you are coming by car you have to leave everything in the trunk.

The person who assisted us was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is quite good, walking distance from the city centre. Only a small issue with the water, it went from very hot to cold-ish.

cheap, friendly, had everything one needs. even helped sort out a taxi to get from the station. nothing. you could pick fault with it, but I think that the quality of the stay was very good given the very low cost.

Neat room. Comfortable bed. Tidy bathroom. Clean and reasonably quiet. Room was cold despite having the radiator turned up. Hot water in the shower ran out after two minutes.

Location was good. Close to city centre. Parking was tight. Room not well heated, radiators required 'bleeding'. En-suite needed a coat of paint. Shower was good but drain seemed to be blocked which meant water filled up into shower tray. Room was small, not enough room for bags. Not very cosy. Room had its own distinct smell.
