Room was clean. Owner was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was extremely small. The Bathroom was the smallest I ever seen in my life - EVER. No heater in the bathroom. |

The upstairs room looks newly renovated so very clean and sparkling. Very small room (bed right next to the radiator under the window so a little warm at night) but ok. Sound proofing is not good so I hope I didn't disturb others with my phone calls. |

cooked breakfast too far from city centre, the single room is so small you can hardly move. |

close to town centre and the staff are frendly. The room we stayed, down stair front, was noisy by the boiler all over the night. |

It was peaceful and quiet, efficient and friendly but respectful of privacy. The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was good and promptly served. The room felt a little cramped but it was excellent value for money and fine for a short stay. |

Quiet, family run guest house within easy walk of city centre. Helpful, courteous staff. Limited private parking but plenty of on street parking. |

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was quiet at night. Directions to the hotel eg 'on a small road just off the roundabout' would have saved us going up and down Chesterfield Rd trying to make sense of the numbers - they aren't consecutive. The bed was much too hard but the staff were good about providing extra duvets and pillows to lie on. |

The cleanliness and brightness of the room. The room was very small - there was a double bed in it which took up most of the floor space. |

Good choice of breakfast. Clean rooms. Obliging staff Noise from the road, but thats mainly because we are not used to living close to a main road. |

Very comfortable and friendly guest-house. Spotlessly clean, new bathroom, mag-force shower. Staff could not do enough. Politely served at (excellent) breakfast. No impersonal buffet! Excellent position for 15 min. walk to City Centre, on the bus-route (5-10 mins.). Would definitely go back. |

Relatively convenient location for walking or riding a bus to Cambridge city centre. Also convenirent access by car from the north side of Cambridge without much driving in congested areas. Parking is extremely limited in car park. |

Unobtrusive management and service. Very thin walls, snoring in the next room kept me awake from 12:30 am till I went down for breakfast; breakfast was provided with only the skimmed milk option which I find to be virtually tasteless. |
