Extremely helpful staff, plenty of parking, comfortable room, great breakfast and very close to the sea
we liked the room, was big and had a balcony, was clean and staff were pleasant
we came home more tired than when we went due to a lot of noise from other people staying in the hotel to the extend we could hear what they were saying and the banging of doors, on our departure day the police had to be called to get them out, not realy what we expected when it was our only few days away for a long while.
Comfortable bed and great location.
Full of stags shouting all night.
I paid £165 for three rooms that weren't even together, then after being told there was free parking I had to drive about a mile away and pay £9 for overnight parking which They didn't refund.
Room, Breakfast, Staff. Nearby to sea and town.
No lift. But was given room on first floor.
Tv had a DVD player Bathroom was nice
Not enough tea or milk Tv could be bigger in bigger rooms I did not order breakfast as I refuse to pay £10 for it !! Shower in room 28 had no power and the building smelt like an old peoples home , bedroom doors need modernising Bedroom doors could be modernised too
Very clean and nice room and tv great location and price was un beatable
Bathroom smallest ever seen. Wifi bit tempramental.
Good sized room with basic facilities. Warm comfy and clean albeit a tad on the tired side. Friendly helpful staff
One of the three beds in our room was a little lumpy :-(
Friendliness and location were great
Parking is limited, I was blocked in so couldnt drive to take away at 11pm when out concert at the bic had ended
Good en-suite Quiet hotel Tea/coffee facilities in room Sea view On site bar
Locking door was a nightmare (room 48)
Nice staff and good location and value for money
I could not access the free wifi on my tablet. Connection was made but would not load the internet.
The only good things about it were its location and the fact that the room was warm.
Full of Youths who were out until 4 a.m. and had no regard for other visitors. Slamming, Banging doors, Swearing and being generally inconsiderate. No sleep all night. Hardly a Restful experience. Unless you are a Night Owl stay well clear of this place.
The staff were friendly and helpful
Bed wasn't comfortable, booked the more expensive club double which in reality was tiny, bathroom smelt of smoke, bed side tables were dusty and sticky, heating made clunking noises at 4am, quality of breakfast was shocking! Never again!!!!
For the price it was OK but don't expect luxury. Brekkie good value at £6.50 each.
Parking provision is inadequate and is not easily available in the surrounding area.
Cheerful staff, good clean room.
Wi-Fi wasn't working
The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially Beata and Anna they were exceptional. They were so helpful and friendly. They made the stay so good we booked an extra night. Beata gave us another room as the DVD didn't work in ours and the shower door would not stay shut. She was more than helpful and very apologetic about it all she went above and beyond her duties to make us welcome as did Anna who at breakfast offered us a great choice. Gave us idears of where to visit we had a good laugh with both these members of staff excellent both of them. Well done girls.
The wifi was very very slow and did not always connect. The evenings could of had music in the bar area to encourage people to stay in and have a drink. The ironing board did not have a undercover only top cover and when my partner ironed his shirt it made marks on it and ruined it. We had to buy another. So watch out anyone who uses ironing board
Staff very helpful and friendly
Very dated family room.shabby. No lift.
Cheap but nice and clean
Size of bathroom
staff freindley always happy to help not far from the sea
nothink everythink was ok
I loved the location of this hotel, was easy to walk where ever I needed to . . . slightly steep hill heading back from the town centre though. Nearby restaurants & pubs were great to have so close to the hotel.
Nothing - good value for money . . . I only needed a base to sleep at night and this was ideal.
The space of the rooms
Cold water..poor bathroom facilities
Clean room every day
The size of the room ( too small) and the bed was not so comfortable...
The hotel is on the West Cliff, 5 minutes walk from the BIC. It's very convenient for Central Bournemouth. It has car parking which is a great bonus. It isn't expensive for Central Bournemouth.
The room was very small and on arrival the bedside lights weren't working. The shower was a little unpredictable - the cold water supply to it was a little inadequate making it rather hot even when the hot water was turned down. Breakfast is extra - it's fine if you want the full English, but if you just want e.g. porridge then you pay the full breakfast price.
Decor needs updating. Carpets and curtains. Dodgy window lock in room 37.
