I found the hotel to be very friendly, rooms were a good size, but the highlight was the breakfast which was excellent. The bathroom was very small, and it was a little too hot during the night |

Сomfortable layout to accommodate 3 persons. Excellent mattresses, bed linen and blankets. From the metro 3 minutes walk. Excellent breakfast, great choice, champagne every morning. Friendly staff. Very pleased with the hotel. creaking floors in the hallway |

The hotel in the whole picture is good: sevices, location and cleanliness The room (on the fifth floor) is too small, specially the bathroom. I stayed at other 4* hotels and their rooms are bigger. All things were good on the first night, the service got worser on the next three nights (specially the cleaning up of the rooms) and the sevice at the breakfast. It's was a little pity that your hotel can't keep the (high) quality when I arrived during my whole stay |

Near the station and internet in room. The room was comfortable. Staff obliging and dining room staff had nice smiles. Breakfast was excellent and as good as other 4 star hotels. If there is to be any improvement, staff on reception should not be so serious and perhaps addition of some nuts at breakfast (walnuts, brazil nuts and almonds). Having read the reviews the hotel met my expectations |

Lovely staff, nice rooms and very good breakfast (plenty of food). It seems that the hotel needs a bigger breakfast room, as there was waiting in line for the breakfast in the morning (even if it was 5 min). It's important to mention that the hotel was fully booked. Besides this, everything was perfect! |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location The hot breakfast was only just warm and took 3 members of staff and 20 minutes to replenish the poached eggs. Hotel reception staff did not ask how our stay was and took quite a while to check us out. |

The reception staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet was excellent as were the waiting staff. The room was very hot.Even after turning down the heating the room still remained very hot. |

Decor - Breakfast (although we had to queue for some time) Car park very secure (although not accessible due to re surfacing) My boyfriend likes as little fuss as possible, so i booked the hotel specifically because it had onsite parking. I was very dissapointed to learn that the carpark was shut and no-body had notified us in advance, we managed with the help of the hotel staff to make other arrangements but it was an irritation and an inconvenience. The hotel was uncomfortably warm (a bit like my grandma's house) we could not work the Air-con so the porter came to take a look, we were going out so he said he would fix it whilst we were gone, when we returned we had a note to say that it had been switched off for the winter.. Again it was one of the factors i considered when i booked the hotel so i was disappointed. Breakfast was the highlight - but a 15min queue |
