The moet house in which we stayed

We didn't find any faults with the hotel

The location and easy parking; good breakfast; reasonable sized room.

The couple running the hotel seemed anxious and harrassed although they tried hard to please and to be welcoming. The room was comfortable enough but the toilet didn't work very well, the towels were old and needed replacing and the windows needed washing.

Everthing else, found a dirty tissue in our bed when we went to get in it & when we complained, nothing was done about it. Not happy with this hotel at all!

Perfect location, good value for money, friendly staff, nice clean bathroom, good breakfast.

Walls are a little thin but for one night not really an issue.

Friendly polite people who were always happy to help and nothing was too much trouble for them, hotel was very clean and welcoming and had a lovely breakfast, excellent value for money and I would definitely return and recommend to other people

I cannot think of anything i did not like about the hotel

Very friendly staff welcomed us soon as we arrived and showed us to our room which was lovely and clean just what we wanted and at a brilliant price.We stayed in one of the motel style rooms which was perfect as you could get to them without disturbing anyone in the hotel so we were able to enjoy some of yarmouths great night life .Was pleased with everything facilities all great !

Nothing concerned us!

Even with the heating on the room was cold. We ended up not staying but they still expect us to pay

The same 3 course menu every day , as we only stayed 2 nights and it was exceptionally cold out we ate both nights in the hotel,had we stayed longer,and if it wasnt as cold out,we would have gone out for dinner,although the food was excellent.

the room was freezing. It had one radiator which was on a timer so we had no heating until 4pm and then it didn't heat up enough and we had to sleep fully clothed with our fleeces on. We did complain and asked for a heater etc but we wre told they had none and there was nothing they could do. We had to have showere to get warm. Such a shame as I can't fault anything else and I would definitely stay again but only in warm weather! East Coast in Winter and no heating!!

Paul the nightporter was very obliging. Breakfast, and the whole experience, was excellent value for money. It is a tribute to the Polish couple who own it.

The hotel was very clean breakfast was good the new manager and his wife were very welcoming and helpful

Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, food (dinner and breakfast) was tasty, well cooked and good quality.

I stayed in the annex, and there was no lighting, so wet steps were difficult to negotiate and the key hole nearly impossible to find. Frankly it was very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen, and would make me think twice about staying there again.

Staff really friendly and hard working, made our stay memorable

The location was excellent, room spacious and bright with a lovely balcony. Breakfast had a good choice and plenty of it. Price was fantastic.

The bedside lamp had no bulb in it, the shower was a little weak and the radiator didn't get very hot. Interesting choice of music at breakfast (Christmas hits. .....In March!) None of this ruined our stay.

the staff, which i think were east european were excellent

in the morning the receptionist who did the bill , who was english was very rude to the east european staff. there was no need for this

I liked the room

I didnt like the matress it was old and uncomfortable. Nobody told us that the breakfast in Weekdays finished at 9 therefore we didnt take it on Monday.
