Friendly helpful, and a wonderful breakfast, nothing was to much trouble, if we could find better parking would think about staying again.
The bathroom In our room was no bigger than a cupboard, although very clean, needs looking at.
The B&B had a cosy and welcoming feel and the owners were both extremely pleasant.
Attractive, homely furnishings Kind, friendly Nearby road parking Close to beach / esplanade 3 min walk from high street shops Easy to find Peaceful and quiet.
Lovely couple very helpful, quiet and super clean, breakfast was very fresh and tasty, would go back any day.
Room was ideal if you'e alone on business etc; all amenities such as tea/coffee and a TV, and great value for money.
Parking not available however there is a big car park within walking distance which wasn't expensive @4.50 GBP for the day
Only one table to have breakfast with, meant sharing with strangers.
Excellent rooms value for money ,owners very helpfull ,just like being at home.
good job well done
Beautiful antiques in breakfast area. Bath tub and shower in common bath.
I liked everything about this place in the small seaside town. Within 10 minutes we were on the Beach with our fish and chips. The owners Hugh and Jenny were very nice, gave us tips of where to go, and they served us a proper and tasty English breakfast.
My companion did not like the WC/Shower combination in our room, but the house has other lovely rooms and the shared bath is very roomy.
Everything...hot english breakfast, the room, location etc. Kev and Jenny were brilliant hosts and made my stay very comfortable and helped with all my queries.
Home like feel with a warm welcome. Beautifully kept bed and breakfast we had a large light room and had no problem with the shared bathroom the house is immaculate.
A lack of bread seemed unorganised at breakfast and left us without toast, Jenny organised an alternative which we appreciated. However more tea and coffee at breakfast was expected and not forth coming.
Hugh and Jenny are really lovely and so friendly. The breakfast was perfectly cooked. I thought it was like staying at a favourite uncle and aunt's house. My parents had a double room which was really good size and very comfortable.
My room was the single so it's next to the shared bathroom - not really a problem but some people might want to wear ear plugs if they are woken easily because you can hear the shower going.
Location..only a few minutes to the front. Breakfast was very good. Rooms and decor Cleanliness Very good hosts, could not do enough for you. Very comfortable beds
Ensuite too small..had to leave door open to use toilet.
Very friendly and lovely owners of this Very nice B&B Excellent breakfast and well looked after B&B
Clean and comfortable, good location and a very good breakfast
Excellent location and super breakfast
We paid cash and were due a small amount of change which never materialised. Also had to ask for a receipt.
Friendly Quiet Access
Very clean, lovely hosts, very central.
Nice and clean with friendly owners - just what you want from a B&B.
Hugh and Jenny made our stay very welcoming and homely. The premises is absolutely spotless.
The owners are lovely and welcoming. The rose print decorated room was so cute and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy but we really enjoyed the conversation with Hugh and Jenny. Nearby pubs are good for dinner
Nothing I can think of.
hugh, jenny were very nice. and more than helpful, thank you for a most pleasant stay.
The attitude of the owner of the property. I travelled by car for 8 hours during the Whitsun weekend and I phoned to say I was delayed. Upon arrival, the owner demanded money and would not listen to me or let me in. I explained that I telephoned 2 hours previously and confirmed that I left a voicemail, but he would not check receipt of the voicemail, called me a liar let me and ordered me to go to a bank at 10.30pm, in a small town, which I had not visited before. Upon begging, he relented and let me in.The room had midges/mosquitoes flying around, no heating, a thin duvet and blanket, which meant I had a freezing night. Quite possibly the worst experience in over 35 years of staying in accommodation from all over the world. I would recommend this accommodation to absolutely nobody, which is very sad
Friendly and accommodating. Lovely place to stay.
