Beautiful house, very charming across from a Loch. Our room had outstanding views. Very pleasant staff. Isolated and somewhat challenging single lane road for foreigners to get to, but only about 2-3 miles long. The other roads were fairly standard for the Scottish countryside. Service was lovely. Probably one of our favorite bed and beeakfast style hotels in the trip.

Evening meals are served in the old wood-paneled dining room, with its stained glass windows and pretty views over Loch Long. Full cooked or continental breakfast is also available each morning. There are a variety of activities you can enjoy around Knockderry, including walking, watersports and fishing. Dunoon and Gourock are around 1 hour and 20 minutes away by road.
