Nothing worth mentioning here.
Great city location only a short walk to the centre, shops, bars and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable apartment perfect for a long weekend stay with my daughter. Recommended.
The doors didn't have any stopper and were creaking when opened or closed. Being located near the main road with pubs, opening the window at night to let fresh air come in is not a good choice as you would be woken up by noise from people. The bowls were missing in kitchen. The rooms were hot and you cannot open the window panes due to reason mentioned above.
The rooms were big and the living area was clean and spacious for kids. The rooms were well managed. Overall, a good experience with minor issues
The apartment I got was not as per the photos for the room I booked, I specifically chose the more expensive 2bed apartment for the white kitchen and got a laminate timber one instead. The foor looked like it had endured a teen high heel party throughout the whole apartment and the small holes were full of dirt. I asked to get a room as per the photos, and got a different light laminate kitchen with a floor not much better than the first. The second apartment stank of some bad air freshener, I thought it might have been from a previous twnant so aired the apartment to no avail. I eventually found that an airwick electric air freshener and pull it out to solve the problem. The other issue that wasn't great was that other tenants of the apartments on the 3rd floor were in the hanit of leaving their garbage in the hallway, which has badly stained the floor and looks aweful. This is a great place to stay, but for £160 per night plus, I would expect a slightly higher standard.
This building is in a great location, near great restaurants, bars and shops. The aparment is nice and spacious and kept quite clean.
Great location, easy check in and departure.very modern,so much better than an hotel stay.
Cool modern luxurious
finishing touches like hand towels for the bathroom would be good. One of the beds had this weird mattress topper that made it quite uncomfortable.
Great location and good space. Milk and tea etc provided which was a nice touch.
Lift was out of order in the Sinclair building so if you have a lot of bags it could be hard work but i didnt mind the exercise! We found the heating a little hard to control, i was too hot or too cold but the van provided in the bedroom sorted that out.
I was so surprised at the style and finish of this apartment just right for a couple of nights away from home. Amazing bed and bathroom. Useful information folder. Absolutely loved being on the West street side of Sheffield as Division street is my preferred area and it takes a minute to get to my favourite bars and restaurants. Kitchen was clean with plenty of equipment / plates / glasses. Lovely touch having tea/coffee, cereal bars and milk provided.
Maybe needs a draught excluder for front door
Big bright living space in studio I had (12), with floor to ceiling windows. Kitchen had everything I needed and utilities in as new condition. Friendly staff at check in and quickly answered a call or text . Seemed nicely soundproofed too
Staff very friendly easy access to most facilities great location
Was pleasantly surprised at conveince of apartment fully stocked to cook. Grocery just down the street.
No cleaning service provided during the whole week of our stay there eventhough it is a serviced apt. The sheets were not changed. We had to dispose the garbage at the basement everyday. There is no reception, it was difficult to get into the building if one of us do no have the keys. Only 2 sets of keys were given and there were 4 of us.The washing machine was not fully automatic and difficult to operate. The parking space was limited and there was extra charges to it
Location near the city
Everything was good.
Everything from welcoming of guest at check in till booking a cab to the airport.
Booked for 2 nights for our graduation. Brilliant location, amazing apartment! Didn't want to leave!
Dishwasher not working. Could have done with more tea towels ( as dishwasher not working)
Lots of space. Easy access to main roads. Convenient location. Comfortable. When we reported small area of damage on arrival it was fixed next day.
The best tourist accommodation experience ever
Facing Very noisy street in the night time
Well equiped kitchen Large and nice living room together with kitchen
The apartment should a have a sofa bed and travel cot in case young children or you just need extra sleeping arrangements.
It was a good clean apartment and plenty of amenities were provided. Good friendly staff and off street parking. Close to the Peak District by car and the centre of Sheffield.
The room was far too hot,we were on the 2nd floor so didnt have a wide opening window. There was a fan but maybe aircon would be better. We couldnt find it if there was some.
Great location close to all the restraunts pubs and bars. Decoration was modern and stylish.
Beware if travelling with kids or you don't understand the nature of West Street!! Noisy in daytime being on the tram and bus routes, and for the faint hearted at night due to nightly drunken fights outside the window, and night time street prostitution. We left early after kids witnessed their second vicious street fight outside the garage entry (this one was mid afternoon) and found alternative accommodation
Clean, comfortable beds and living room furniture, good kitchen and laundry facilities. Great for younger couples / singles who want to be in amongst the bars or near uni.
we stay at the apartment 8 at Regent Street - with no aircondition you have to have the windows open at ll times in the summer, and at nights it gets very noisy - trams, buses, people shouting. One other thing I personally do not like at any accommodation are carpeted bedroom floors and this place has them as well
pretty in terms of interior design, very spacious, central, comfortable, very well equipped, with nice wooden floors in living room ad hall, decent WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher (a real benefit for longer stays) and good TV, very nice, helpful and friendly staff, 10 minutes on foot to the Main Square,
The flat was way different than the pictures on their website
The noise from the street should be avoided with better windows.
High standards in general. Helpfull fresh milk and snacks at the day of arrival.
Only issue was noise from people on the street on a Tuesday night (student night perhaps?) which woke me a couple of times... But thats what you get choosing such a handy city centre location I suppose.
Great location, clean and very well presented. Was vey comfortable and the staff meeting me were very professional and friendly.
The doors are too heavy to stay open, so some door stoppers would be a great addition. Also the shower head was too small, so maybe a waterfall ceiling one would be good. Maybe a few extra cooking equipment would be good, oil etc.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it's a lovely place in a great central location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. Very comfy, great kitchen with tea and milk provided. Will definitely be using this again.
