K Spa is undergoing refurbishment until early 2010. The relaxation areas, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are unavailable. Treatments are still available and the gym is still open.

Please write at least 15 words The proximity to Westfield shopping. Our room was not ready until 3pm despite checking in at 9am for the "spa". The "spa" turned out to be a bunch of treatment rooms with nowhere to relax in between treatments. We were not told of the current refurbishments at the time of booking, although it was noted on the reservation confirmation that a refurbishment meant the sauna and jacuzzi were not available. |

Quiet and very spacious, elegant (executive) room. Due to the early arrival of my plane, I was quite early at the hotel and got a a room right away. Since my son caught a bad cold, we wished to check out later and this was luckily possible as well. The staff was very friendly. The room was too cool and the built-in heating did not work. The fridge was out of order and the hairdryer had a broken plug. But: all these problems were solved immediately: We got a heater, another hairdryer, even the fridge was replaced within 30 mins. The prices of goods from the pharmacy desk and the vending machine are exorbitant. |

Werkelijk alles is slecht aan dit hotel. De buurt waarin het is gelegen, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, een spa die dicht was, onnozele receptie. Hier stuur je alleen iemand heen waar je een hekel aan hebt!! |

Camera nel seminterrato con umidità che ci è stata sostituita per fortuita combinazione dovuta al non arrivo di altro ospite,culla richiesta non presente all'arrivo ( prima notte),phon richiesto non fornito,reception non affidabile,vassoi con piatti sporchi del servizio in camera presenti tutte le 24 ore nei corridoi,schiamazzi notturni all'interno dell'hotel senza intervento da parte del personale di notte nonostante i solleciti. Alla richiesta di un Taxi è stato prenotato dalla reception un'auto priva di tassametro. |
