The staff was extremely helpful and polite, we were upgraded to a superior room (for free) with a large bed and a sofa, the room was quite spacious. There is a huge mall (Westfield) 3 minutes walk from the hotel with lots of restaurants, shops and underground station (central line). Inside the room there is safe box, hairdryer and ironing facilities. The bathroom is clean and spacious. Notting hill is a 20 minutes walk from the hotel, oxford street 7 minutes using the tube. Best value for money hotel in London. The hotel is lacking sound proof (we could hear kids running in the corridor and people talking from next door rooms). The breakfast is too expensive (17 pounds per person per day) so we did not have breakfast in the hotel, there are lots of nice places to eat in Westfield mall. Our credit card was charged with 150 pounds extra as security guarantee and told we are going to get it back 2 days after we leave the hotel and everything is in order in the room (nothing broken, missing etc.)

Very convenient for Westfield shopping centre and access to central London On the booking.com website I selected "Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Spa Access" - I clicked "Get Prices" and was taken to the next page showing a price of £130.80. There was no reference to additional charges for the spa but when we arrived, the hotel wanted a further £40. The staff were not very helpful - it took some time to deal with our complaint, it was clear that there was no reference to additional charges for the spa and they agreed it was misleading yet there was no apology, they refused to allow us use of the spa which effectively would have cost them nothing. The complaint should have been dealt with by somebody with the authority to take a decision and not have to keep going back to ask somebody else.

Room was outstanding, everything you could ask for. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Check in/out can be a bit slow. Third time I've stayed there and only one person manning the desks meant a longer wait than most hotels to Check in or out.

It's an amazing with the excellence of service by hotel staff. They are more friendly and always kindly service with smile. The room is clean and silent (not be noisy). This hotel is the best choice for all business man who needs to attend or do any business at the Olympia Conference Centre (15 - 20 minutes by walk).

It was just okay. Concierge was helpful. Bathroom shower was awful. Difficult to turn on without getting soaked. No wash clothes. Not really cleaned up each day. No electrical outlets in bathroom. Room was stuffy and fandifficult to turn on. No good place to store clothes, just a few small shelves. Not really designed for two people. Staff smoked outside but were loud. Room was therefore a bit noisy, especially at night. Lighting was really poor. most staff couldn't answer questions, not familiar with London or travel. Generally uninformed and not helpful.

We like the location next to westfield. But disappointed that we couldn't use the spa without paying extra. As there was no swimming pool. We had train railway outside our window.

I liked the location. The room that I was allocated was on the bottom floor and had the view of the car park and people walking by looking into my room, the curtains had to be shut permanently. Also didnt like the fact that I would have to pay for the spa facilities, sauna steamroom etc,,

Nice room. We booked this Hotel as were going to watch Swansea City play Queens Park Rangers, We wanted a Hotel close to the ground that had leisure facilities and this is the only Hotel that seemed to fit the bill. However, when checking in - we asked where the pool etc was only to be told it was £40 extra per couple or £25 for a single person. On reading the small print - it does state there is an extra charge but nowhere does it say how much - a real con. It says the extra amount to park a car is £36 but a friend who lives in London said if you ring ahead to book it is only £25. Be good if the website said that but the obviously want to make an extra £11.00 here. If you are looking for a Hotel that has leisure facilities, do not stay here. It is not a nice area of London and we did not feel at all safe around and about the area and whats more, we did not have the leisurely afternoon we had planned, prior to the football game.

Great location - by Westfield mall and a block from tube station. Staff was friendly and room was very comfortable. It is not cheap, but you wont find hotel with this level of comfort for less than this in London Breakfast is overpriced! Go somewhere else!

I came here for the second time since I liked the hotel in my first visit, but unfortunately, a staff considered himself as manager was totally unprofessional, with very poor attitude. Instead of welcoming recommendation he was dealing with me as an ignorant person who is "stupid" and that really hurts...I immediately decided to check-out...he wasn't even bothered all he asked was about my room number. This hotel really disappointed, I ended up being so upset and hating the hotel.

Staff were all wonderful. On arrival my room was upgraded to what I would describe as a mini department mini a kitchen. Very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and the room had robes, slippers and everything that you may need or just want. Room service food was wonderful and the spa staff kept me up to date with letters that kept being put under the door saying the times of the treatments I had booked. During breakfast the following day we ended up spending more time than planned enjoying our breakfast and it was 11am (check out time) so I was about to go downstairs to hand my key cards in as we were going to lock our things in the spa lockers for the day. As I was about to go to checkout the waitress said that I should stay and enjoy my breakfast and that she would call down to reception so they knew I was there. Everyone was very helpful and wonderful. The spa treatments were very expensive but they were all fantastic quality. The snow room was weird but lovely and so was the constant supply of fruits and water. The dry float was nice as my partner got a massage in the same room and then we swopped over. The Sun Medow room and Relaxation rooms were also nice extras. My partner got the Blokes pedicure which he wasn't sure about at first but once the foot and leg massage started he was in heaven. All hard skin removed and he is looking forwards to having it again. The changing rooms were well equipped with everything you would need to get ready after your spa day and to leave looking and feeling fab. All in all, a wonderful 26th birthday treat. The hydro pool was not working on the day we were there. It is the largest thing in the spa and without it, it's really a dry spa with the showers being the only wet thing. It was a shame as it looked amazing and I had read good reviews about it. However the staff were very sorry about it being out of action and offered for us to return to the spa again soon free of charge. This soon lightened the dissapointment! Can't wait to spend the day in the hydro pool next time.

The bed was very large and comfortable. The shower was nice and powerful. I liked the spaciousness of the room. I thought some of the facilities were over priced ie £10 to use the hotel gym, £15 to use wifi for the day!! Everything was so expensive we decided not to use any of it! However, we got a good deal on the price of the room itself so that was good. We didn't eat at the hotel again becuase of the extra charges and the cost of breakfast was extortionate when you you could walk round the corner and get one for a quarter of the price at Westfield. Can't imagine many people would pay £17.50pp for breakfast but if it was around the £8-£9 mark I think most people would...

Great location and nice room overall. The staff at the check-in desk were not aware that we had pre-paid and we were then charged again at full rate which caused us a great inconvenience. The sofa in our room was also in need of a deep clean. I believe that it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast included in the room rate.
