I honestly didn't like the room at all. I didn't want to stay but didn't have much choice due to travelling all the way from Leeds. I was my birthday night out in Liverpool that night. The pictures on the website made the apartment look nicer than it was, I'd never stay there again & wouldn't recommend it to anyone..
Convenient to tourtist facilities. Good area for restaurants. Close to cultural centres.
We felt the heat setting in the apartment was set too low for this time of year.
Wifi not working (needed for school work), staff did not follow complain through ("it is not my fault" excuse), untrained to answer questions, noises in the bathroom looked like a haunted house. Too much $$$ for what we got.
The location was perfect for Liverpool City center , Apartment was clean and had space required, Decent power shower good clean Kitchen with most utensils needed.
Couldn't gain access on arrival no desk for check in. Called number and was meet by lady who helped us to our room took us a while to figure out we had to ring no mention of this on Booking Beds were terribly the worst i ever slept in. Wife was pregnant and you could see the springs sticking up through mattress, No one to assist you after 5 pm no services after 5pm. Called the next day to see if we could get maybe a better mattress didn't get an answer and no return call.
Paying for early check in and having to wait 25 minutes on steps to get in.The waterfall from water ingress coming from above into the living room. Damp smell throughout apartment. Finding out the facililities team aware of water ingress from 4 days before our arrival.Having to changing rooms on 2nd day(due to water ingress) and being told we were not able to use the water for 6 hours. (no shower/toilet )

It was clean and very tidy. The location was good and the main reason we stayed at the premises.
The apartment was lovely and clean. Decorated to a high standard and full of all mod cons. Very close to the city, just a 10 minute walk.
There was a lot of noise from people coming in and out the main entrance. Not the people in particular being noisy but the banging doors and metal walkway felt like someone was inside the apartment, waking us up all night!
Nice spacious clean apartment and well located in a quite and pleasant area of Liverpool.
Unfortunately the beds were a let down. The mattresses were old and well used giving little support. They must be replaced urgently.

No milk! You should always supply milk with tea and coffee in an apartment. It's the attention to detail that counts! ;)
We thought everything was amazing.... Location... Value for money .... The staff... Perfect get away and really handy parking nearby
The location was very convenient to both L1 and the docks and asides from only one tea cloth for 6 nights, the apartment was well equipped.
Apartment number 7 was dark, had a musty smell and had hollow acoustics.....i.e. you could hear every sound around, people talking, workmen (other areas being renovated) and worst of all the seagulls screaming 24/7. I couldn't cope with that again.

Music, sounded like coming next door, went ALL night and continued until mid morning on BOTH nights. Beds were not comfortable, with spring coming through on one bed.
The apartment was nice. We have stayed in several similar places and none were this pretty.
We had some trouble getting in. It was all resolved but at the time it was agravating. I found the beds to be very uncomfortable but not everyone in my group agreed.
The building and rooms were lovely, plenty of space and nicely decorated. The lady that met us was really friendly and made us feel very welcome!

Quiet, clean, nice to have an appartment for a change not a hotel room. Nice woman came and met us. Washer/dryer was very handy
One teabag! (bit mean!) and no hairdryer.
No hot water or instructions on how to get some (shower was okay though); Broken door handle on bathroom door, no lightbulb in one of the bedrooms (although these were rectified once reported); Apartment was on the top floor and had velux windows, however there were no blinds so the rooms were light very early in the morning (we stayed in summer); Very noisy - could hear loud birds (seagulls?!) pretty much constantly (although not much anyone can do about that!)
Not very clean or airy sadly the location was the best selling point.
The smell of stale smoke when you walked into the room was unbearable All our clothes worn and in our suitcase had to be washed. One apartment we booked, the door did not open and the lock was busted. Shall not be returning. Ideally want a refund. Would not recommend
