The apartment was first class with superb heating and bathroom facilities. The apartment was approx 10 mins from the city centre which was ideal. |

close vicinity to the conference we were attending and the size of the apartment allowing the whole group to stay together. towels provided were small and only 6 provided when we booked for 8, no dishcloth or teacloth in the kitchen, unusual stain on sofa, couldn't find wireless internet code. |

We stayed in an apartment so there was lots of space. Service. As the accommadation was an apartment and not a hotel there were several issues we had. Lack of basic tea & coffee facilities, laundray still in the tumble dryer when we arrived, cleaning not 100% complete, no dishwashing clothes or dishwasher tablets. Operator still has a way to go to achieve "hotel" standards. |
