В случае аннуляции за 21 суток до даты заезда взимается 20 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания

В случае аннуляции за 1 сутки до даты заезда взимается 75 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается полная стоимость заказа
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .

Дополнительные кровати не предоставляются.
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 1.

Депозит
Фиксированная сумма в размере GBP 100 за номер взимается в день бронирования и не подлежит возмещению.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Excellent menu provides a good dining experience. Highly recommended. We had an appartment and although it was well equipped and we could not fault the cleanliness, the lounge furniture was worn and extremely uncomfortable. |

We found the reception staff welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff were very polite but friendly, and the meals were excellently cooked and presented. In the self-catering apartment the provision of an oven as well as the microwave was much appreciated. The rooms were spotless and in fine decorative condition. The hotel is attractive and in a very good location, being within easy reach of St Peter Port by car, with a bus stop just on the corner, and very close to the excellent scenery of the South Coast. Unfortunately we suffered from the very close and noisy moving on gravel and emptying of large dustbins at about 5.30am on most mornings. |

This was our second visit to the hotel in recent years.My wife and i travelled with our daughter and son-in-law.It is very well run and has efficient staff and offers very good value for money in a quiet location .The hotel is not too large and that suited us perfectly. |

The food we had in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is central for our needs - near to our friends' home and close to the sea and the cliff walks. Easy walk into St Peter Port |

Appartments were a good size and well equiped. One bedroom appartments were located in the car park opposite a ground level extractor fan from the kitchens. We did dine in the restaurant on the first night, but found the food to be very mediocre e.g. they used iceberg lettuce for the Caeser salad, and one main course was so salty as to be virtually inedible (in fairness they did deduct it from the bill). |

Superschone appartementen, prettige prijzen, veel parkeerruimte voor de deur, om de hoek van schitterende wandelmogelijkheden aan de zuidkust. Waterdruk is erg laag, de douche druppelt meer dan dat het water stroomt (volgens het hotel ligt het aan de overheid, ze melden dit ook netjes). Het bed had een flinke kuil in het midden. |

Das Hotel ist für seine Ausstattung sehr günstig. Bietet Appartments mit eigener Küche und ist somit für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet. Das Restaurant bietet ausgezeichnet Gourmet-Küche zu erschwinglichen Preisen. |

Wir hatten das Appartment für 2 Personen gebucht. Das Appartment war nett, geräumig, sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, allerdings direkt zum Hotelparkplatz gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen in einem Labyrinth von Heckenwegen. Mit dem Auto schwierig zu finden. Ideal aber ist die Linienbusanbindung und sehr gut die Nähe zum Küstenwanderweg (nur 10 Minuten). Sehr gute Küche. |

Die Lage des Hotels war schön (Nähe zum Strand und "Cliff Path"). Gutes Seafood-Restaurant. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Appartment war ziemlich hellhörig: Wir hatten ein Appartment im Erdgeschoss und haben jeden Schritt von den Leuten im darüberliegenden Appartment gehört. Aber wir waren die meiste Zeit unterwegs. Details: Den "Garten" habe ich mir (nach dem Preis 2008) größer vorgestellt. Ein paar mehr Handtuch-Haken im Bad wären hilfreich gewesen. |

L'accueil et le service sont la caractéristique essentielle de cet hôtel, qui nous ont permit d'apprécier l'hôtel et sa gastronomie (diner et petit déjeuner). Nous étions an appartement qui est très bien aménagé. L'insonorisation vers l'extérieur est parfaite, entre les appartements moyenne. Propreté bonne sans plus. Dans l'ensemble donc quand même satisfait. |

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar, der Mietwagen war überflüssig und stand nur rum. Zumal die Straßen eh so schmal sind, dass das Fahren streckenweise nach dem Motto 2 Schritt vor, 1 zurück funktioniert. Da es zum Klippenwanderweg nur wenige Schritte sind, steht ad-hoc Wanderungen nichts im Weg. Das Essen ist vorzüglich, der Service perfekt. |

La qualite du service (personnel accueillant, disponible, à l'écoute) , cuisine de bonne facture - propreté des locaux. Ce qui m'a la plus dérangé, c'est le manque de pression d'eau dans la salle de bains (il faudrait le signaler aux personnes qui effectuent des reservations dans cet hôtel) |

Die unglaublich freundliche Atmosphäre in dem liebevoll gepflegten Haus, die excellente Küche und ein sagenhaft freundlicher besorgter Chef. Ich fand es so herrlich, dass er sich um uns sorgte und uns anrief, da wir am Anreisetag nicht eintrafen. Die Buchungspauschale von 50 engl. Pfund pro Person, die bei Rücktritt nicht erstattungsfähig ist und die restriktiven Stornobedingungen. Ist aber auch irgendwie verständlich. Hier sollte man evtl. von Bookcom eine Reisekostenrücktritts-Versicherung mit anbieten. Ist aber schwer, da wir Hobbypiloten sind und aufs Wetter angewiesen sind. |
