friendly staff, clean hotel with modern facilities. wonderful breakfast menu.

the restuarant menu was all al A carte wish the were options for A more standard menu other than eating in your room.

The friendly attitude of the staff. The acceptance of the fact that I was unable to walk very far, The use of a ground floor room.

The food and attantive staff.

We stayed in a self catering apartment and it was the best one we have ever stayed in. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and that was also excellent. There is also a nice bar.

There was nothing not to like.

I was I'll during our stay and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to our needs

All the staff were friendly and very professional. The food was fantastic, and our apartment was very comfortable. A very enjoyable holiday

The Staff were very pleasant, helpful, courteous, nothing was too much for them. The Service was second to none, Ivo and his restaurant team provided me with a lovely luncheon and dinner all of which was to dream for. The hotel was good value for the level of service and accomodation. I stayed in a superior room, which was a lovely large room, with everything I could have wished for.

Internet did not work in my room but sitting working in the public area was not a problem for my needs.

I thought the staff were very friendly & helpful & the food was lovely.

We loved the clean comfortable room in a small cozy inn with easy access to the sights of the island. The two dinners we had and the b and b breakfasts were very good. The staff was most accomodating.

The only small complaint that we would have would be that we would have appreciated quick coffee service at breakfast, possibly with our coffee order being taken before the breakfast order so that we could have relaxed with coffee while breakfast was being prepared. Also, coffee tended to not be very hot, but small concerns in the big picture. We loved our stay on Guernsey!

The food and staff were both exceptional - service was flawless and every meal was just superb. Staff could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable.

It's a bit focussed towards the older market and the decor in our room was desperately in need of updating.

Very friendly staff who did everything required with a smile - one felt that they really cared about giving a good service. The food was excellent and well presented.

Poor water pressure in the shower (but I believe that this was beyond their control!).

This is an excellent hotel for a break that leaves you pampered and refreshed.

Friendly service, could not do enough. Idealy situated for leasurly stroll in the parish of St Martin, only ten minutes from Saints Bay. Food was excellent had totally relaxing time, would certainly recommend to all our friends.

Room was cleaned promptly whist I was at breakfast each morning. The hotel also changed my room twice in order to obtain internet access for my laptop.

The hotel is in a bit of a 1970s time warp.

I liked the comfort of my room with the balcony and thought the bathroom in particular was very stylish and comfortable. I loved the layout of the room and the dressing area and tv/dvd facilities. I thought the pool area and gardens with all the flowers created a very pleasant environment in which to relax. I thought the staff in the dining area were very welcoming and polite and made breakfast times very pleasant. Having a daily paper was great.

I thought the drape on the bed was a bit stained and not particularly clean looking. I had a couple of cooked breakfasts that were disappointing; the poached eggs tasted of vinegar and another day they werent cooked and were still viscous which put me off eating the remainder of the meal. Perhaps guests could be told not to be out in the gardens after midnight as one night the loud voices, etc kept me awake till 12 50 in the morning.

Great Food, great room and excellent staff, very helpful. My stay would certainly have been longer unfortunately they were fully booked.
