Its an average hotel which needs some refurbishment as the rooms and entrance hall are a bit dated. |

Provision of taxi service on request and the nice approach of foreign working staff This hotel is tired, unclean in restaurant areas, windows broken with dead flies on the sill, dirty floors, the breakfast conservatory appearance is poor when examined re chairs , cooked breakfast took too long to appear - 40mins one day after a chase? The patio was scruffy with weeds and unloved furniture, Needs a major refurb to be charging these prices |

Staff were very helpful, We were given an upgrade to a superior room as one was available, and a free lift to the airport. Extra bed for child also set up at no extra cost. Breakfast was good, with non dairy catered for. One of the two rooms was very hot at night for some reason. |

The care and attention of the staff, the comfort of the room, the high standard of the food and attention to detail over everything. |

The hotel was fair value for money, was in a quiet location and had a good restaurant. We were woken one morning at 5.15 by half an hour of noise from the dining room below, that sounded like furniture being moved around on a wooden floor. When we raised the issue at reception at breakfast time we were not given any apology or a satisfactory explanation |

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the public areas were attractive. In a quiet area but with the convenience of a bus stop outside. Decor and furnishings were dated, the bathroom neede updating but the shower was powerful. |

The staff were exellent. the food was very good. the pool was an added bonus as the weather was good. The hotel could do with updating and redecoration in certain areas. such as the bathrooms although clean were a little dated |

Close to the airport; good choice of good food at breakfast, plenty of parking space. No satellite TV despite being advertised; poor state of decoration in bathroom; noisy school prom party one evening; barking dog in another guest`s bedroom on another evening, bathroom radiator would not turn off. (TV and radiator faults both reported on first night but not repaired before we left 4 days later) |

Hotel very close to all ameneties and set in nice surroundings with clean well kept swimming pool and garden area. Staff really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food in restaurant excellent. The room was in need of upgrading. Curtains and blinds were old, broken and difficult to close. The shower was very bad, verging on dangerous, due to bad pressure. bathroom could do with some shelving to facilitate toiletries. |

The extremely friendly & helpful staff. This hotel is very tired looking & in need of a complete makeover both inside & out.It is not a 4* hotel, more like a 2* It is the staff who make this hotel worth staying at. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room had no resemblance to photos on web page, water pressure in shower very poor and stopped altogether on several occasions. Hotel in need of urgent refurbishment. Grounds unkept and looked uncared for. |

Peaceful location with ample parking. Dinner on table d'hote gave a good choice and was well presented and very tasty. Waiters were slightly 'pushy' but served the food very efficiently. Wouls have liked some biscuits in the room to go with the tea/coffee. |

We liked the position of the room in relation to the pool and the spaciousness of the room. The breakfasts were very poor. When we first stayed at this hotel breakfasts were made to order however now they are pre-cooked and just kept warm which leads to a deterioration of the finished product. One day the milk for cereal was off and in need of replacement. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. |

Friendly and relaxed atomosphere. Nice room overlooking the pool area. Good meals in both bar and resaurant. Excellent base for day tripping by car to all areas of the island. The quality of the cooked breakfasts needs improvement. Water heating was faulty and left us without hot water in the room for 2 days. |
