1)The person who met us was not welcoming at all, he probably thought that because we are from Africa we don't know leather sofas because he kept on telling my wife and daughter not to put their handbags on the sofa, we probably have better leather sofas at home. 2) the rooms we were allocated fro the price was not the same as advertised, we ended up being given another room which was more expensive. 3) I wondered why one room was discounted and the other not discounted, he could not explain

“The hotel is in a really good location as we were up to visit the university, right in the heart of it all but tucked away. The price is just great and the room was large and airy. bathroom was a good size with a new shower area. The room has begun to be decorated and when complete is will look more modern. The breakfast was a surprise as it said continental and I expected a cold meal (for the price not much either) and we got an egg with toast! Couple of choices of cereal, tea, coffee and lovely fruit juice - just enough to get you up and out.” Georgette, Romsey |
