Arbor Hyde Park is a beautifully restored 19th-century townhouse overlooking Hyde Park. It is a 5-minute walk from Lancaster Gate Tube Station and just 2 Tube stops from Oxford Circus' shops.
Score from 459 reviews Superb
Very clean room also the public place. Nice staff as well.
Easy to hear the noise from upstairs. Also lack of rooms which have bath tub. Some front desk staff are not fluent with English.
Amazing rain shower, heated marble floors, modern design, friendly staff. A restful stay during a busy trip to London. Everything new and clean clean clean. Little details like the kitchenette with complimentary milk or soy milk were lovely.
The location is great!
Location and price. Just round the corner from Bayswater tube station. Price for location good.
Room was small but functional as only using it as a base. If you were wanting to spend time in room some may find it a little claustrophobic
Charges for Breakfast
Location, friendly staff and the hotel is well maintained, the bed was comfy and the room was clean
Only stayed here briefly for one night, no problems from my short stay but I did not have breakfast.
the terrible Wi-Fi
shower was ok
All the rest
Very convenient location close to Paddington station and the Underground system
The room was rather small, and the wi-fi very slow
the ipod player so you culd lissn your music, the decoration of the room
the noise in the room like very loud fan all nigt
The japanese deco style put you in oriental mood. The heated floor on bathroom was a pleasant idea. Polite reception staff.
Small rooms and you cannot open even a standard suitcase in full. The bathroom was nicely decorated but narrow, compact and with very few ammenities. Also the way to your room is like a labyrinth!! and inconvenient especially if you are staying in upper floor and carrying luggages. the reception has no concierge services at all and cannot help a lot on a day planing for guests. There is no view from the rooms, actually. The breakfast is very basic and not matching the general paid cost for staying.
Rooms are quite spacious(suite). Stylish design, friendly stuff, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom.
Location is not very central, but tube station is just in front of hotel.
Heated floor bathroom.
Rooms are super small, lighting is terrible, overvalued, not clean.
so little room, no space pour baggage, especially if in 2.
The bed was brilliant the underfloor heating in the bathroom was fab
the bath went under a stupid shelf at one end so you couldn't lie back at all at either end. the breakfast omelet was terrible- took ages and was rubbery and tasteless the check in and out took ages
Everything, the location and was given a free cake on the house.
didnt quite like the carpet material.
Stylish hotel, right beside tube stop, lovely bathroom and very clean hotel
I've never been charged a 33% nightly deposit on a stay before! Still to be refunded 2 days later. Bedrooms were nice but quite small
The location is very good, not the best tube station in London (bayswater). The design of the rooms are quite trendy and nice.
The reception table is supposed to be white but has truned now to grey. I was given a room at the basement, not phone reception at all, while most other rooms at higher floors were empty. The new room was fine except for this noice that the heater I assume was making at the bathroom very annoying. This is a four star according to hotel I dont know why Booking has listed it as five?
The design and the location.
The breakfast is expensive for what you have in the buffet. Also the building is not recent and is noisy. We can hear all the doors and people on the other rooms.
great welcome with room upgrade! thanks
The decor, great touch in executive room with TV rising from the foot of the bed
Hard carpet, staff a bit glum
nicely decorated rooms
only vegetarian food, no alcohol, staff poorly speak English
Staff very attentive and very helpful, always friendly and smiling fairly new and good Location approx. 30min Walking distance to Oxford street, Hyde park corner the Food is trendy, healthy and very good Wifi in Lobby and Dining room perfect
the Hotel is a black Labyrinth, very small Gangways and small rooms, we could not open two medium sized suitcases at the same time! the Investor tried to rebuild the old house into the Maximum of rooms, we could not pass each other to walk around the bed check-out - Long waiting time wifi in room slow to unusable the Prices for the rooms are too expensive!
The staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean. Enjoyed our stay very much
Restaurant menu was poor. Carpet was not very nice to walk on
The bed was very comfy and staff super helpful
I think the price is over inflated for the style of hotel, stayed in other hotels for more value for money in the same location.
