The fact housekeeping just entered my room at 10am
Everything else. Staff were appalling and completely unprofessional. We weren't told ab
Everything. the staff were very helpful and the location was spot on. The hotel well! all i can say is stunning11
Liked everything location, facilities, food, staff, great for theatre break and shopping. Birmingham museum well worth a visit.
Thought the younger members of staff could have been more attentive when serving breakfast and evening meal.
Very smart hotel that was great value for money. Rooms were spacious, smart and comfortable and had everything you needed. The soundproofing was sufficient as we weren't bothered by traffic noise, considering its city centre location.
The main restaurant is essentially a grill house. We dined there and would certainly rate the quality of the food and preparation as good, but I think the hotel could offer a more varied/a la carte menu given how stylish it is.
Boutique style of the hotel.
Noisy air con, even when switched off.
The bed was very comfortable.
The self check-in was poor. Many of the terminals didn't work, so guests queued instead as the hotel obviously thought it didn't need actual staff, and only had one person on who was helping everyone use the self check-in! The checking out was just as disorganised (no proper queue and people jumping in as a result), and despite getting my parking ticket verified, the car park didn't accept it and I was held up while they sorted it out.
Amazing hotel, amazing service and staff. The photos of this hotel really don't do it justice. I upgraded to executive room but I would say the price was still cheap considering the standard you got. I have stayed in hotel indigo before which wasn't a great experience but despite this, hotel la tour was a lot better.
Room service was pricey
the staff in the restaurant were excellent
a fridge in the room would have been great
Refregraters in the standard rooms 2/prefsre swimming pool 3/ashort cut from the parking to hotel (door to hotel from other side)4/same price include brekfast
No freg.in standard rooms (only sweets)
Staff were excellent and quick checkout facility was great
Afternoon tea wasn't cleared quick enough. Difficult to find table that was clean to have a drink
Attentive staff, modern hotel and a very comfortable stay
Only a minor inconvenience - Mini bar not available in the room
The hotel staff were accommodating, approachable and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and immaculate. The bathroom was lovely. Would recommend to anyone staying in Birmingham as great value for money
The only negative is that I didn't get any service in the room and the complimentary wifi was slightly temperamental. Aside from that, all was perfect.
great staff, location is excellent, clean hotel
wifi is way too slow and food is terribly expensive for what it is.
Proximity to vicinities and shopping
Being interrupted by cleaning staff twice despite a no entry sign and agreeing to a late complimentary checkout on my last day at 12 the day I was booked in. Really annoying as I needed the sleep before a long afternoon exam
Green light all night in ceiling of bedroom, it was said that all hotel bedrooms have this light, but not in Netherlands or Germany. Sparse bedroom facilities, only suitable for a one night stay. Breakfast very expensive and car park £10.!!
All the staff are so polite and accomedating in every request.nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are excellent.lovely comfy be Even managed to check in early as room was available
There wasnt anything i didnt like
Location Tech area Beds
Cost of bar food Cost of drinks Not being able to open windows
Clean, professional and friendly staff who gave excellent service.
Food is nice but expensive for what it is, £16 for breakfast is excessive. Range of channels on TV is limited.
