The hotel was ok for the money everywhere was very clean and tidy, the room was a good size. The resturant was a good size. The Bar looked spotless and comfotable Just needs a lick of paint here and there. The breakfast was ok but just a lack of attention which scores it down for example there was only orange juice tea and coffee to drink no water or other flavors of juice. The bread for toast was just in its wrapper |

Room very spacious, plenty storage space, clean throughout, shower excellent, quiet and peaceful, off main road, good countryside view, comfortable, swimming pool very warm, tennis court great fun, staff very polite and helpful, nothing too much trouble, food excellent, easy parking, very homely welcoming, enjoyable stay. N/A. everything about the hotel was to my satisfaction. |

The Customer Service displayed by all of the Staff was excellent. All of our problems were investigated immediately. The Evening Meal Menu was very limited. |

easy to find, fast check in, could park right outside room, rooms are more like litttle chalets, with own front door. ours had a little lean-to conservatory on the back which gave extra room. nice and quiet at night. comfy bed, good amount of space in room. not especially, but the whole place was tired looking, stains on carpets, dated decor etc, but bed linen and towels seemed clean and not too worn out, would recommend if you get it for a fair price, if we had paid more than we did we would have been dissapointed. |

The staff were very friendly. The walls were so thin you could hear your neighbours make a cup of tea. It could have been a bit cleaner. Did not realise rooms were chalets not what I would call hotel rooms. |

The dining room was very nice, and the breakfast was lovely well cooked and plenty of choice. My husband and I are none smokers and our room had a thick smell of stale smoke, and the bathroom was even worse;Although it had no smoking signs on the wall.We had to have the doors and windows open until we were ready to sleep,we both woke up with very dry throats. |

There was very little we liked about the hotel. The accommodation was adjacent, not in the hotel. The room stank of damp, the decor was poor. When we asked for a menu on the first night, we were given a hand scrawled short list of 'junk foods' on a scrappy bit of paper. Breakfast was appalling - every day there were burnt black sausages, bacon, dried-out fried tomatoes etc. requiring self service. There was no atmosphere or entertainment. There was no star service/quality at 3 star prices - £102 per night. In fact we left a day early, because we could not bear another night there. |

The breakfast was very good. Standard of cleanliness throughout hotel (poor). We had no hot water all the time we were there. We brought the matter to the attention of hotel staff, but were basicaly fobbed off. |

Very peaceful setting next to river and nature reserve. Would be very nice for family get-together. Very clean and comfortable bungalows. Bbq area looked as though it would be fun with seating and tables on a nice grassy area. Only there for one night so didn't use any of the facilities. |
