Situated in centre of Fringe fest. Wonderful friendly staff who assisted with luggage esp when the elevator broke down. These things happen !!!

Apartment on 5th floor too hot. Not enough ventilation/windows.

Great location for the festival and superb value. Friendly and helpful staff and a decent sized room.

The bed was uncomfortable as it was too small to fit someone over 6'.

Accomodation is perfectly situated if your staying during the festival. Bed was comfy and it was nice having a little kitchen. Also I had a lovely view of arthurs seat

It was very hot at night and there is very little kitchen equipement so shouldn't really be saying its self catering as you'd need to bring half your utensils from home for that to really be possible.

Location was fantastic for us, right across the road from the comedy venues of the fringe festival. Good kitchen facilities, washer and dryer in room and good wifi.

Bathroom was small and basic, but wasn't a problem.

Great location for exploring the city and attending the festivals

TV had problems which staff had difficulty fixing. Hard to keep the room temperature down in summer!

Excellent accommodation if you want to fend for yourself(Drinks, food etc). Saves money esp at Festival time. Brilliant staff on reception - so helpful.

A bit pricy for student accommodation - my only reservation. Def paying for the central location !

Ridiculously expensive even for during the festival. Very cramped studio flat - far too much kitchen area and not enough comfort!

Very convenient location near venues in interesting part of the old town. Spacious modern studio flat, double bed, good kitchen facilities, nearby shops and restaurants, buses. Lucky students who get to live there!

The location of the accommodation was excellent within easy walking distance of all the attractions, and theatre venues as we were there during the fringe. The apartment was spacious with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, towels and welcome pack of coffee and tea in fact everything you need. We had a minor problem at the start of our stay which was dealt with promptly and efficiently with many apologies.

This is an ideal location during the Edinburgh Festival just around the corner from the Festival Theatre & next to the BBC stages & a lot of Fringe venues. Even on a cold week the rooms are over warm and the small fan provided was inadequate. The beds have been replaced since last year and are a big improvement.

Too hot. If you want to cater for yourself, there isn't much kitchen equipment.

I booked this very last minute for a trip to the Fringe. It was centrally located, clean, safe and comfortable. Exactly what I needed.

Location: ideal for fringe venues- most only a couple of minutes walk. Simple, clean studio apartment with broadband, washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooking facilities and all we needed for a couple of days. Would stay again

Bathroom and shower a bit cramped. Room could get hot and stuffy especially after cooking - we kept the window open all the time and it was fine. A little bit spartan.

Location - the prime reason for staying there. Convenience of Edfringe venues nearby.

Lack of information. Some channels on the TV not working. Old food in the refrigerator on arrival. Ran out of toilet paper and bin became full during stay- asked one member of staff to rectify. Came back that afternoon and nothing had happened. Asked again and was told there was a room where we could take the rubbish ourselves - sadly not having psychic powers we hadn't known this.

    Excellent location, good sized room.

Dodgy bed, expensive but then all accommodation costs are hiked up at this time. Also, servicing a room once a week whilst charging a very high rent not really acceptable. We had two rooms, one had cutlery, one did not. Room for improvement.

Really good location for Fringe events. Easy walking distance to the station, Primces St etc. Good lkitchen facilities and plenty of hot water for showers. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very warm in the room with little ventilation, needed the fan on most of the the time and the window open. This made the room noisy at night. Fridge not working, markings on cooker worn making it difficult to operate (no instructions available).

Excellent venue for meetings in university (library) (- and Fringe Festival!) Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Expert and very supportive back up support for wifi problems on a laptop.

Spacious apartment, clean and modern with a compact, but functional ensuite. Great kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine. A huge improvement on the type of student accommodation I lived in! Perfect accommodation for those visiting the Fringe - a stones throw from many of the big venues (Underbelly, Pleasance Dome and Gilded Balloon).

Only complaint was that the bed was really squeaky!

Perfect location for Festival. Lots of Fringe venues close by. Comfortable pub next door with good food. Walking distance to Royal Mile and a short, easy bus journey to Princes Street. Will be booking again for next year but staying longer next time!

Weather was really hot when we arrived and found the room a bit stuffy. A fan was provided which helped a bit. Mattress could have been better but we slept alright despite it.
