Friendly staff.Breakfast.Reasonably priced.
bed uncomfortable.smell in room.
Quiet Location (on my side of hotel at least) Free WiFi Plenty of parking (at least out of season)
WiFi in room only usable sitting at window (in my room locaton) No toiletries in Bathroom Heating in room a bit noisy
Nothing comes to mind
The room was located between reception and the front door and the access to the dinning room. Other residents would stop outside my door for conversations. Residents coming back from night clubs standing outside my window at 4am trying to get the front door open. The radiator was on, but the draft from the window made sure the room never got warm. The worlds smallest television bolted to the wall as far away from the bed as to make you have a headache trying to watch it. Breakfast was OK but small and I could have done with more especially as I had been awake half the night with all the noise.
The breakfast was nice with a quick service from order to table. The bar has entertainment with music and more.
Location price straight forward. It is what it is
The facilities were fine for a short stay and we were comfortable. The breakfast was good! We will stay again
I just love the ambience, the staff are attentive, there when needed, you are left alone, as it should be. Grounds are superb, management very helpful. The rooms are excellent, nice and warm, clean, well maintained.
There is nothing about this hotel I do not like.
Great staff, good-sized rooms, fab pool, close to shops and beach.
Outdated decor but first detract from a nice weekend away. Reflected in price, in comparison with other hotels.
Breakfast was very good The staff were polite and helpful.
The facilities and the food
Excellent staff, value and wifi.
Noise from lift motor, but I was willingly given another room.
Size of room. Breakfast tasted nice. Price.
Decor very outdated. No shampoo, would have taken some if I'd known. Many coaches, blocked my car in so couldn't leave in morning. Service at breakfast, chef was serving, didn't explain menu or offer cereal. Bed not that comfortable, with sheets.
Nice hotel, room was very clean, i found the bed and pillows a little uncomfortable, but thats my issue probably. Room was cleaned and made up everyday I didn't have the breakfast, but there was one available all within my room rate
Car Parking was a little limited due to its coach operations.
Excellent value, ensuite, quiet, can arrive late, good breakfast, lovely staff, spa etc which unfortunately I didn't use. Stayed a few times now and booked several more dates as so convenient to Poole and Bournemouth for work.
The location is brilliant, only 10 minute walk to town centre. The staff are very friendly and The service was good. .
We have stayed here many times and have had no complaints. This last time however the bed and all pillows were like rock, we hardly slept at all and were actually aching in the morning. We would stay again but not in room 34 unless the mattress and pillows had been changed for new ones!
From our early evening check-in, the service was friendly and helpful. All staff were 'happy to help'. Entertainment acts were also very good. Have rebooked for return weekend in 2015.
I like this hotel, it is nice and homely, quiet. The staff are great, location is ideal. Facilities are good, food excellent. Some say it is a little jaded, I do not like disco type hotels, too noisy
Nothing to dislike.
No restaurant on a Friday night! A very scary walk through underpasses to try and find somewhere to eat....at 8pm. Creaky floorboards, banging doors. Cold bacon, sausage and tomato at breakfast, oh and let's not forget the charming belching staff whilst I was still eating my cold breakfast!! Awful hotel!
Friendliness of staff breakfast was excellent
Mattresses on beds, springs digging through, hand to room 47 broken, noise from elevator droning in room 48
Very tasty but could have been slightly larger portions
Parking of the coaches all parked in a way that one needed to dodge them to park the car
bed, if i want to sleep on a matress that hard i will travel to Everest base camp,
Location Cleanliness Friendly welcome
Lack of duvets on bed No yogurt at breakfast
Apartment and equipment. Comfortable and roomy.
Overhead flights to and from nearby airport
