The staff made us feel so welcome and were very efficient. Room was clean and tidy and shower was good Decor pleasant and beds comfy, the food was excellent. Would be nice if there was a lift as it was 3 floors up!

Great food, wonderful breakfast and lunch. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Clean room with plenty of hot water. Great VFM Our room was one of the older ones but still fine.

Stayed in Room 32 which had a lovely four poster bed, it was gorgeous, lovely modern bathroom, the staff all appeared very young, very pleasant, happy , smiling and very happy to give assistance. there was nothing i did not like, would love to stay again.

Freindly staff nice food nice whisky selection. The hotel advertised wi fi in all rooms this is not true I had to sit in reception to get a signal the office staff did say it was a bit hit and miss when I arrived,i found it more miss.

A rather disappointing experience. Rooms were a mitch match all over the place, lots of steps, corridors and just felt like an old rather deflated house. Basic rooms. Service just adequate. Complex layout of rooms all over the place.
